本 11 机 制 毕 业 生 毕 业 论 文 题 目 : 基 于 PLC 的 矿 井 皮 带 运 输 系 统 设 计 院 系 名 称 : 电 子 电 气 工 程 系 专 业班 级 : 学 生 姓 名 : 学 号 : 指 导 老 师 : 老 师 职 称 : 9 月 5 日西南科技大学摘 要煤 矿 的 运 输 系 统 对 保 证 矿 井 正 常 生产 起 着 非 常 重 要 的 作 用 。 为 了 保 证 煤 矿运 输 系 统 可 靠 安 全 运 行 , 对 带 式 输 送 机进 行 集 中 监 视 和 控 制 很 必 要 。 本 文 以 新疆 哈 密 煤 矿 主 斜 井 及 地 面 胶 带 输 送 机 为背 景 , 设 计 出 了 以 PLC 技 术 为 核 心 的 集 中控 制 系 统 , 提 高 了 运 输 系 统 的 监 测 和 控制 水 平 。文中首先介绍了本次设计的背景, 然 后 设 计 了 胶 带 输 送 机 集 中 控 制 系 统 的结 构 和 应 具 有 的 控 制 功 能 , 参 数 的 检 测和 故 障 保 护 装 置 , 确 定 了 各 故 障 检 测 传感 器 的 类 型 及 安 装 位 置 。 在 此 基 础 上 采纳 SIEMENS的 S7-300 系 列 PLC 对 系 统 进 行 硬 件和 软 件 设 计 , 其 中 包 括 PLC 的 模 块 配 置 及外 部 连 线 , 梯 形 图 程 序 设 计 。 最 后 提 出PLC 控 制 系 统 的 主 要 干 扰 源 , 并 设 计 了 抗干 扰 的 措 施 。关 键 词 : 胶 带 输 送 机 ; S7-300; 集 中 控 制系 统 AbstractCoal transport system to ensure normal production of mine played a very important role.
