基于双层规划理论的中小城市货运交通网络优化与应用讨论摘 要本文针对中小城市货运交通运输的开展现状，对货运交通网络的设计、规划、组织与管理进行优化，对于指导中小城市交通运输业的协调开展，全面提高货物的“点对点〞运输效率、合理引导货运市场的开展。从中小城市及其货运交通开展的现实问题出发，采纳双层规划的理论方法，根据供需平衡关系，协调货运量和货物运输道路之间的关系，灵活的对不同层次的网络优化问题进行深化分析并不断进行货运网络的调整和优化，提出中小城市货运交通网络优化的根本内容和方法，最终构建并完善高效的城市货运交通网络。另外，选取我国典型中小城市张家港市货运交通规划的实例进行讨论分析，运用双层规划的原理进行货运网络的布局优化，建立和完善实例城市的货运交通网络，并提出相应的管理措施。关键词：物流管理；双层规划；货运交通；交通枢纽ABSTRACTIn this paper， medium and small urban freight transport development status of the freight transport network design， planning， organization and management optimization， medium and small cities for guiding the coordinated development of the transport industry ， and comprehensively improve the goods "point" transport efficiency ， a reasonable guide freight market development.
