Keywords: mechanical and electrical installation; Water supply and drainage; Electric; hvac. 中图分类号:文献标识码:A 文章编号:2095-2104(2025) 一、给排水工程 (一)垂直或水平管道的管卡设置不当。 1、严格根据法律规范、标准的要求正确确定垂直管道的标高,尤其是同各种垂直管道(如给水、排水、煤气)的标高应统一,(当给水立管层高不大于 5 米,排水立管层高不大于 4 米)时,每层应安装一个管卡,根据国家法律规范的要求,统一从地面到管卡的中心为 1.6 米。 2、煤气立管在最高一层的终端,管卡不应设置在 1.6 米处,而应视煤气管径的大小,设置在煤气立管终端向下的 200-300mm 处,在同一单位工程中管卡的标高应统一。 3、PVC 排水立管,横管伸缩节或固定支架的设置,应符合 CJJ-30-89 中的有关规定。一般要求在伸缩处固定,设计无要求时,从地面到伸缩节中心的标高为 1.6 米,在正常情况下一般在楼...
