The complete rock bolting technique was emphatically introduced, including geomechanics measurements, rock bolting design, bolting materials, construction implements and technologies, quality check and monitoring support types for special geological conditions. Keywords: coalmine; roadway; roadway support; rock bolting. 宁夏地区的煤矿主要是地下开采,需要在井下挖掘大量巷道,保持巷道畅通和围岩稳定对煤矿建设与运行具有重要意义。随着现代矿井开采深度、广度不断提高,巷道埋深不断增加,地质条件日趋复杂,高地应力巷道、松软破裂围岩巷道、硐室等困难条件所占的比重不断增加,显著增加巷道的支护难度。 煤矿巷道支护经历了木支护、砌碹支护、型钢支护到锚杆支护的进展过程。多年来国内外的实践经验表明,锚杆支护是经济有效的支护方式,与棚式支架支护相比,锚杆支护不但显著提高巷道支护效果,而且降低了支护成本。更重要的是锚杆支护进一步简化了采煤工作面端头支护和超前支护工艺,保证了安全生产,为采煤工作面的快速推动和煤炭产量的大幅度提高制造了良好条件。目前,锚杆支护技术已在国内外得到广泛应用,是煤矿实现高产高效必不可少的关键技术之一[...
