试论油田井下作业安全防范及对策试论油田井下作业安全防范及对策 摘要：油田井下作业是石油生产最艰苦、最前沿的岗位，由于人为、环境、设备设施等因素的影响，井下作业具有高度危险性。作为典型的高危行业之一，一旦发生安全事故，轻者伤及人身或者对事物进行损坏，重者则可能会带来毁灭性的、灾难性的死伤事件。石油产业的安全生产的进行，与社会改革的健康进展，社会的和谐进程，人民群众的根本利益息息相关。本文从石油油田井下作业当前存在的问题着手进行分析，确定减少隐患为工作目标，且提出相关的优化策略和改进方法，对石油企业的安全质量标准化体系进一步建设和完善。这对于我国石油油田井下安全作业的实现及石油钻井企业的长治久安具有重要的现实意义。 关键词：油田；井下作业；安全与对策 Abstract: the downhole operation is the most difficult, most oil production frontier posts, due to the influence of human, environment, equipment and facilities and other factors, the downhole operation with high risk.
