福州市车险纠纷调查与研究【摘要】在我国改革开放以来，国民经济也随之得到持续快速的发展，福州市的人均收入得到大幅度提高，机动车拥有量更是突飞猛进，交通工具的日益普及，使得车险业务也获得了快速的发展，尤其是私家汽车的数量更是有了很大程度上的增长。因此，车险业务获得了快速发展，甚至成为财产保险行业占相当比重的险种，本文通过对机动车辆保险(以下简称“车险” )的纠纷调查进行理论分析和实证研究，并提出自己的观点和解决设想，以期对当今的车险行业提供一定得理论建议。【关键词】车险纠纷；调查；研究[Abstract] in our country since the reform and opening up, the national economy has been sustained and rapid development, Fuzhou's per capita income has been greatly improved, the quantity of motor vehicle is make a spurt of progress, transportation becomes more and more popular, the insurance business has also obtained the rapid development, especially the number of private cars is a great extent of growth.
