摘 要本设计为鹤岗市XX 医院职工集资楼，该设计的工程总建筑面积：5908.56m，共6 层。主体结构为砖混结构，现浇钢筋混凝土楼板、屋面板。对于该工程的施工组织设计与施工图预算设计，运用了学校给提供的目前应用较多广泛的建筑施工软件，和在图书馆借阅大量的有关施工组织设计及施工概预算的相关书籍，及在老师带领下，到施工场地现场收集到的资料。施工组织设计从整个建筑物或构筑物的施工全局出发，进行最优施工方案设计，确定科学合理的分部分项工程之间的搭接与配合关系，设计符合施工现场情况的施工平面布置图，从而达到工期短、质量好、成本低的目标。施工图预算主要完成了以下内容：工程概况、施工总平面图及临时设施方案、施工进度计划、施工准备、主要施工技术方案、季节性施工措施、保证工期措施、保证工程质量措施、保证安全生产和文明施工措施、降低成本措施、成品保护措施等。根据该工程施工图及黑龙江省定额进行预算取费，编制了该工程的施工图预算，同时进行了施工技术资料的整理和专题论文翻译。关键词 施工组织设计 施工图预算 施工技术资料 AbstractThe design of the Hegang City Shanhetun FDA hospital staff raised floor, the design of the total area of the project : 5908.56m2 and a total of six layers.
