青岛海军招待所摘 要本建筑位于青岛市开发区，场地地形平坦。建筑面积为 5130 平方米，建筑结构形式为框架形式，建筑设计部分要求一层为餐饮服务，其他部分为旅馆客房并要求有高中低档的不同套型。第一部分为建筑设计。建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据任务书的要求，综合考虑基地环境，使用功能，结构施工，材料设备，建筑设计及建筑艺术问题，解决建筑物的使用功能和空间的安排。其建筑成果包括建筑设计说明，总平面图；首层平面图、标准层、顶层平面图，正立面图、侧立面图；剖面图；主外墙大样图，节点大样图。第二部分为结构设计。结构设计由荷载计算，框架结构的受力分析，计算和设计，楼板设计，楼梯设计和基础设计等组成。设计的成果除设计图纸外还应包括结构设计的计算：荷载汇合；地震作用计算；风荷载作用计算；荷载组合及内力分析；一榀框架配筋计算；现浇板配筋计算；楼梯配筋计算；悬挑构件计算；基础及基础梁配筋计算；报告厅部分结构设计计算；薄弱层验算；其它必要的构件配筋计算。关键词：建筑，结构，地震，梁下独立基础，客房Qingdao Navy HostelAbstractThe building is located in development zone.
