加强国企“一把手”监督工作之我见加强国企“一把手”监督工作之我见 【摘 要】国有企业“一把手”是国有资产的直接经营管理者,其素养如何对企业的前途命运有着直接的影响。近年来,一些国企“一把手”滥用职权违纪违法的案件频被曝光,究其原因主要是其世界观的严重扭曲,但监督机制不健全、监督制约乏力,也是造成其违纪违法犯罪的重要原因。因此,加强对国企“一把手”行使权力的监督制约,是当前国企党风廉政建设亟待解决的一个重要问题。 【关键词】国有企业；“一把手”监督；权力；腐败 Abstract:State-owned enterprises "top leaders " is the direct management of the state-owned assets, have a direct impact on the quality of enterprise's fate.
