城市街道建筑整治的设计方法讨论城市街道建筑整治的设计方法讨论 摘要：整治街道建筑是一个系统性的工程，兼具近期性和远期性。本文结合济宁市洸河路街道建筑整治的实践，就项目特点、技术路线以及实施对策等方面进行探讨，目标是在表达地方文化特征和建筑特色的基础上，尽快改善市容市貌。本文为今后街道景观整体提升，建设合理有序、协调进展的市区提供设计依据和引导方向。 关键词：沿街建筑立面；改造设计；建筑特色；济宁市 Abstract: It is a systematic project for the reforming design of the buildings along street in urban street, which requires taking into consideration in both short-term and long-term. This paper, taking the renovation design of urban section of Guanghe road in Jining city as an example, discusses the characteristics of the project, the technical route and the designing measures, and aims to expresses regional cultural character and architectural features and promote the appearance of the city as soon as possible. This practice provides the designing basis and direction for the promotion of the street landscape, construction of the reasonable, orderly and harmonious urban section. Keywords: Building façade along street; Reforming design; Architectural feature; Jining city 中图分类号：S611 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 一 前言 随着快速城市化和城市改造运动的开展，近年来针对城市重点地段、重要街道的整治规划逐渐增多，但由于规划不太合理，往往不能整体提升街道景观的协调进展[1]。济宁市是孔孟之乡，运河之都，最近几年实施“东拓西跨南联北延”的进展战略，而贯穿其中心城区的洸河路，由于其通行能力差已成为制约交通的瓶颈。2025年 10 月，全运会的分赛区落户济宁，借此契机，济宁市提出重点整治全运会体育馆主临界面的洸河路，将“洸河路升级改造工程”定位为 2025 年度重点城建项目。本文以洸河路道路立面整治及绿化工程为例，探讨城市街道建筑整治的设计方法。 二 项目背景及定位 1 项目背景 洸河路是济宁市市中区与任城区的一条东西界限，承载着新体育馆、新世纪广场、仙营绿地和洸河公园等...
