Test run 试车3.1Technical preparation 技术准备3.1.1 Preparation before test run 试车前应检查下列工作是否完成；3.1.2 Check all running equipment by moving with hand. They should be flexible without blockage. And check if distribution cabinet and motor terminal meet requirements. 检查各转动设备，用手盘动，应灵活，无卡滞现象,配电柜是否符合要求，及电机接线端子是否符合产品要求。3.1.3 Test motor winding and insulation resistance of cables with megger ensuring min resistance of 0.5MΩ. 用兆欧表测试电机绕组及电缆绝缘电阻，确保绝缘电阻值不得低于 0.5MΩ；3.1.4 Check if motor winding matches with motor nameplate. 检查电机绕组接法是否与电机铭牌相符；3.1.5 Check continuity of cables with multi-meter to ensure they are under good condition. 用万用表检查电缆的连续性，确保电缆完好；3.1.6 Cables should be securely connected and the signs correctly put up.电缆接线牢固、电缆标牌悬挂正确；3.1.7 Ch...
