Keywords： clean studio； color plate； raised floor； engineering installation 1.工程概况 干净工房净化区面积 762m2，位于陕西物理化学讨论所科研实验楼二楼，干净工房等级为 100 级和 10000 级两种级别，是目前国内第一个从事微火工技术讨论的专业实验室。该实验室的建成填补了火工品行业该项讨论领域的空白，为跟踪并赶上发达国家新一代火工品技术进展奠定了基础。本文主要介绍该实验室墙面、吊顶、地面等围护结构的施工技术。 2.彩钢板隔墙安装 2.1 材料准备 本工程隔墙采纳 50mm 双面防静电（防腐蚀）手工岩棉彩钢夹芯板，彩钢板壁厚 0.5mm。彩钢板的技术性能、规格型号符合设计要求，且经过有资质的检测单位检测，结果符合国家标准的规定；彩钢岩棉板要进行防火试验，合格方可投入使用。辅材包括铝槽、中置铝芯、角铝、密封胶和加固龙骨等，紧固件有 M6 膨胀螺栓、自攻螺钉、射钉等。 2.2 技术准备与工艺流程 充分消化理解施工图纸，准确...
