郑州交 学院毕 业 论 文 论文题目：钻孔灌注桩施工中常见的问题及解决策略 所属系别：交通工程系 专业班级：07 桥梁工程技术五班 姓 名：田 学 号：2 511 指导老师： 撰写日期：2025 年 3 月 摘 要钻孔灌注桩由于对各种地质条件的适应性、施工简单易操作且设备投入一般不是很大，目前灌注桩基础在桥梁工程中的广泛应用，工艺已日趋完善。灌注桩基础的施工质量关键是成孔与混凝土的浇注，但往往由于施工程序的不法律规范及人为操作失误，容易造成桩偏移倾斜、桩底沉渣量过大、缩径、钢筋笼上浮、桩顶段混凝土质量差、断桩与夹泥层、卡管等一些质量问题。因此，在混凝土灌注桩基的施工中，不仅要依靠先进的科学技术进行施工，还要根据丰富的施工经验对在施工中出现的问题进行及时处理，避开工程质量事故的发生。本文主要对混凝土灌注桩施工中桩基钻孔、桩基清孔及桩基混凝土灌注的施工过程等三个方面容易出现的问题及其相应的解决对策进行介绍。 关键词 ：钻孔灌注桩，质量事故，处理措施Abstract Bored as the adaptability of various geological conditions,construction is simple and easy to operate and equipment into the general is not great at present pile foundation of bridge engineering extensive application process has been increasingly improved.Pile foundation construction quality is the key hole and pouring concrete ,often due to procedural irregularities in construction and human operational errors ,easily lead to pile shift tilt,excessive sediment pile,reducing diameter,steel cage floating,pile top section of the poor quality of concrete,broken mud pile and layerfolders,card management and some equality issues.Therefore,in the concrete pile foundation construction,not only to rely on advanced science and technology for construction,but also under extensive construction experience on construction problems in the timely processing and avoide project quality accident.In this paper,piles of concrete bored pile construction,pile clean hole and pouring of concrete in the construction of...
