煤场施工专题会议纪要会议时间：2012 年 6 月 19 日星期二，上午 10:30-11:00会议地点：项目部现场办公室参加人员：联营体 王积顺、谢作华、林斌、周贤进PT.PONTIA ADI Irwansyah、Subakti记 录： 赵 谦根据业主设定的进煤计划，靠省道侧煤场须于 7 月 31 日前具备贮煤条件，为确保该目标的顺利实现，现专题组织 PONTIA 就下一步的施工计划进行了讨论和落实。According to the coal schedule from PLN, it should have the condition to stock coal about the Coal Stockyard near province road before 31th,July,for this reason, now we holding the special meeting together with Pontia, and the minutes of meeting as follow: 双方达成一致意见（Agreement between SINOHYDRO and PONTIA）：一、煤场施工(Coal Stock Yard)：（1）PONTIA 承诺，煤场工作将在 3 天内完成，受 HORAS 影响的除外。确保不影响煤场储煤。 Pontia promised that all the work in Coal Stockyard would be finished within 3 days, except the work affected by HORAS.（2）待 HORAS 完成煤场排水沟处理后，PONTIA 于三日内完成靠省道侧煤场回填碾压。 Pontia shall finish the backfilling and compaction of Coal Stockyard near province road within 3 days, after Horas complete the remedying of drainage in Coal Stockyard.（3）PONTIA 需保证设备人员满足进度要求，现场管理人员需和中水负责人保持通讯畅通。 Pontia shall ensure the equipment and man power to meet the progress requirement, and the site manager should keep in touch with the SINOHYDRO in charge person.（4）关于干煤棚内脚手架事宜，中水负责协调 HORAS 拆除，以便 PONTIA 继续该区域的 HDPE 和回填工作。 Issue about the scaffold in Dry Coal Shed, SINOHYDRO shall ordinate Horas to remove it as soon as possible. 二、特别说明(Specially Emphasize)：（1）关于煤场重复施工事宜，现明确，由于 HORAS 方工作引起的重复施工，由PONTIA 承担，PONTIA 做好现场施工照片和相关资料准备，上报工程量签证，中水项目部负责人签字确认， Issue about additional work in Coa...
