特大桥水中墩施工技术讨论特大桥水中墩施工技术讨论 摘要:特大桥水中墩施工具有有效工期短，技术难度高，施工工艺复杂的特点。本文介绍了西苕溪特大桥的水中墩施工技术，重点分析了钢板桩围堰施工中的拼接、插打振入、抽水堵漏、拆除清理技术。希望通过分析该工程的施工技术和措施，为今后同类桥梁的施工积累经验。 关键词：水中墩；钢板桩围；堰钢护筒；承台 Abstract: super-large bridge pier construction in water with a valid period is short, high technical difficulty, the characteristics of the construction technology is complex. West shao creek bridge were introduced in this paper the water pier construction technology, key analyzes the steel sheet pile cofferdam construction of splicing, plug type vibration, water plugging, demolition of clean technology. Hope that through the analysis of the construction technology and measures of the project, the experience for the future construction of similar Bridges. Key words: water piers; Steel sheet pile compound; Weir steel protecting tube; Pile caps 中图分类号：U443.22 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-2104(2025) 一、工程概况 西苕溪特大桥是宁杭高速铁路控制工程之一，全长4157.195m，中心里程 DK181+229.358,其中 99#墩（DK182+609.875）～102#墩（DK182+787.575）跨越西苕溪干流，设计采纳(48+80+48）m 的连续梁。西苕溪水流方向由右→左，河内通航，为规划 4 级航道（通航净高 7m,净宽 55m,最高通航水位2.66m,设计水位 4.10m，交叉角 60.3°）。 西苕溪特大桥水中墩 100#、101#墩承台底面标高分别为：-9.858m、-9.830m。承台为双层，一层承台尺寸均为13.1m×11.9m×3.0m,二层承台尺寸均为 11.0m×6.2m×2.0m, 承台桩基均为 φ1.50m，根数均为 16 根，通航水位为 2.66m。水中墩具体布置图见图 1-1。由于西苕溪特大桥跨西苕溪干流的 100#和 101#墩桩基在水中和淤泥中施工，故水中的 100#和 101#墩的桩基采纳钢平台深水钢护筒作业。 二、钢板桩围堰施工 （一）钢板桩围堰设计 钢板桩采纳拉森 III 型，密扣方式，采纳该方式，其自体刚度大，大大减少横向支顶，密扣接口形式，支护、止水效果好。 钢...
