精益六西格玛系统在绿色冷链企业质量控制中的应用讨论精益六西格玛系统在绿色冷链企业质量控制中的应用讨论 摘要：随着生活水平的提高，消费者对冷链食品的需求越来越旺盛，但近年来冷链质量安全事故频发，究其原因在于冷链企业没有对其加工产品的质量进行良好的控制，本文运用精益六西格玛系统，对冷链企业进行全面的质量控制，提出了精益六西格玛系统在冷链企业的具体应用建议，以及需要注意的相关问题，对冷链企业的质量控制具有一定的实践意义。 关键词：精益六西格玛 ；冷链 ； 质量控制 Abstract: with the improvement of living standards, consumers about cold chain of food demand is more and more exuberant, but in recent years the cold chain quality safety accidents, the reason lies in the cold chain enterprise is not on the quality of processed products of good control, this paper apply Lean Six Sigma system, the cold chain enterprises to conduct a comprehensive quality control, put forward lean six sigma system in cold chain enterprises concrete application is proposed, and the need to pay attention to issues related to cold chain enterprises, the quality control has a certain practical significance. Key words: Lean Six Sigma; cold chain; quality control 中图分类号：O213.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-2104（2025） 精益六西格玛质量管理体系的主要工作可以分成精益改善活动和精益六西格玛项目活动。精益改善活动可以针对冷链企业中的一些简单问题，并运用精益方法和工具进行解决。在冷链企业中，一般来说存在的浪费现象包括由供应链上游不按时交货所产生的等候，也就是农产品在流通过程中的品质腐败，食物中毒事故；不必要的商品移动，配送路径安排不当所导致的高额运输成本；实际上不需要的或者不产生增值的流通加工程序，由于需求预测问题所产生的库存积压，消费者对客户服务的不满以及提供消费者实际上并不需要的服务等，如图 5-19 所示。应用精益思想解决农产品冷链问题的目的就是提高冷链农产品质量，减少品质变化导致的浪费，提高农产品冷链的效率，更好的满足消费者需求。 精益六西格玛项目活动主要针对冷链企业中的复杂流程问题，将...
