The geographical scope licensed is Mainland China。五、甲方许可乙方依本协议约定用途无偿使用甲方姓名、肖像。V。 Party A hereby grants Party B the right to use his name and portraits free of charge for the purposes specified herein.六、在许可使用期间内，乙方不得将该肖像用于其他用途或转交第三方使用，除非事先征得甲方书面同意；VI。 During the term of license, Party B shall not use the portraits for other purposes or transfer to a third party before obtaining prior written consent of Party A。七、在甲乙双方劳动关系存续期间内，...
