We can develop the core competence in the key area－strategy level and foundational area － service level。Key words: international project contrating enterprise； general contracting enterprises； core competence 我国对外承包工程和劳务合作的进展， 从 1979 年开始至今， 取得了令人瞩目的成绩, 我国从事对外工程承包和劳务合作的企业由最初的 4 家进展到如今的 2 0 0 0 家， 涉及国民经济的各个行业，且多元化格局初步显现, 基本形成“亚洲为主， 非洲为辅， 恢复中东, 开拓欧美”的市场格局。近几年，尤其是加入 WTO 以后，我国的国际工程承包企业受到了发达国家建筑企业的强烈冲击，这使我们在看到自己长足进步的同时也清醒的认识到与国外大型建筑工程承包企业之间的差距。行业的高速进展与外部竞争力量的出现对我国国际工程承包企业的进展提出了更高的要求。面对激烈的市场竞争，我国国际工程承包企业要想生存、进展及长期保持竞争优势，就必须不断提高自身的核心竞争力［1...
