广元市农产品现代物流发展的影响因素与对策研究 摘要：现阶段宏观背景不断变化，给现代物流系统的发展也提出了更高要求，所以农产品物流的发展要与时俱进，为提高农民收入水平创造便利条件。本文的内容主要分为以下部分：第一部分是对现阶段的现代物流含义和现状进行分析；第二部分是分析探讨影响广元市农产品现代物流发展的因素。该部分的分析主要集中在从地理、政策、经济、基础设施、人才、科学技术六大领域。第三部分即针对其现存问题建言献策，具体的内容主要是：建立健全农产品物流园区，改善该地区农产品物流配送体系的建设；政府发挥作用，通过制定颁布相关的法律文件，为其发展提供支持；在该领域投入更多资源，尤其是资金资源；培养更多高素质专业人才，满足现代物流发展的需求；大胆创新，提高现代物流技术的科技水平。关键词：农产品现代物流影响因素对策 广元市The influence factor and countermeasure of modern logistics development of agricultural productsAbstract:We should build agricultural modern logistics system, promote the development of agricultural products logistics and accelerate the circulation of agricultural products.They are good measures that raise agricultural income and increase the cash income of the peasants.Firstly, thethesisresearchedtheconnotation and development feature of agricultural products modern logistics.Then it analyzed its influence factors form geographical factor、policy factor 、economic factor、infrastructure factor、talents factor and technology factor.
