国际经验借鉴与加强对中国信用评级机构的监管启示 摘 要： 21 世纪，资本市场全球化将成为世界经济发展的主流，市场风险联动性的加强使投资者更加重视风险控制与防范，对客观、公正、权威的信用风险分析、评价与管理的需求将大为增加。因此，信用评级各规范、标准的制定和出台正是在这种时代背景下，推动我国信用评级业和资本市场的规范发展，也使信用评级机构从中受益。本文试图从国际经验借鉴探讨对加强中国信用评级机构的监管启示。 关键词：国际经验；中国；信用评级；监管 Abstract ： In twenty-first Century, the globalization of capital market will become the mainstream of world economic development, the market risk linkage of strengthen the investors pay more attention to risk control and prevention on objective, impartial, authoritative, credit risk analysis, evaluation and management will be in great demand to increase. Therefore, credit rating norms, standards and introduced it is in this context of times, promote China's credit rating industry and capital market development, also make the credit rating agencies benefit from. This article attempts from the international experience of Chinese credit rating agencies to strengthen the supervision enlightenment.
