摘 要3-4 岁幼儿生活自理能力在幼儿身体和心理发展的进程中会产生潜移默化的影响。这一能力既给幼儿目前现状带来改变,也能改变幼儿未来。3-4 岁是幼儿生活自理能力的最佳培养期,但是此阶段大部分幼儿都是独生子女,事事依赖父母,生活自理能力差。因此,笔者采取一系列方法对此展开研究。通过文献分析法搜集整理文献资料,用调查法了解 3-4 岁幼儿生活自理能力的现状;还访谈家长了解了 3-4 岁幼儿自理培养情况;观察了幼儿园教育情况。通过这些方法了解到此阶段幼儿普遍存在自理能力不足的现象。然后笔者通过数据分析了 3-4 岁幼儿自理能力不足的原因。最后,笔者提出了合理化的培养建议。关键词: 3-4 岁幼儿;生活自理能力;培养 AbstractThe self-help skills of children in 3-4 year old plays an important role in the process of their physical and mental development. The skills brings changes not only to the current status of children, but also to change the future of children. It is 3-4 year-old period that self-help skills of children can be trained effectively, but most children at this stage are the only child in the families who heavily depend on their parents without self-help skills.Therefore, the essay researches the phenomenon through a variety of means, including the investigation in written materials via literature analysis method, talking with their parents and making an on-the-spot investigation at relative education programs in kindergarten.
