20R 型发动机电子点火系统故障检测与维修 摘 要随着我国经济的发展，我国汽车制造企业也得到了快速的发展。发动机是汽车的核心，然而点火系统又是发动机的重要组成部分，点火系统对于发动机工作起着至关重要的作用，良好的点火系统能够有效的降低汽车尾气的排放，同时也降低了燃油的消耗，能够使得发动机进行正常的工作。所以对于点火系统进行设计是至关重要的，这样使得系统能够正常的进行工作，具有优良的性能。然而发动机在进行使用的过程中，由于对于发动机也不够注重保养，这样很容易使点火系统不能够进行正常的工作，严重的影响着发动机的正常的使用。所以对于点火系统进行维修是至关重要的，能够有效的延长 汽车使用的时间，减少安全事故的发生。本文的研究的目的为：对 20R 型发动机电子点火系统故障进行分析，并且对于故障维修案例进行分析解决。研究的结果：20R 型发动机电子点火系统存在的主要故障为电控点火系统不工作、火花塞故障、点火线圈故障等，其他故障原因也较为复杂繁多，所以要及时的对于 20R 型发动机电子点火系统进行检测和维修，保证发动机的良好运行。对于发动机点火系统进行检测以及维修是至关重要的，这样不仅能够有效的延长汽车的使用时间，而且提高了发动机的使用的性能。针对于此，对该课题进行了相关的研究，以期能够通过对于普通电子点火系统的故障诊断维修以及维修能够有效的对于 20R 型发动机点火系统进行检测维修。关键词：发动机；电子点火系统；诊断AbstractWith the development of China's economy, China's automobile manufacturing enterprises have also obtained rapid development.
