摘要有效提升经营绩效从来都是企业的现实需求,尤其是在日益复杂的经济环境下,专家们不断深入研究企业绩效,以期为企业发展谋划出更好的未来。完善公司治理结构,在我国,是提升上市公司绩效最有效的方法之一。受社会主义市场经济大潮的推动,我国高校上市公司应运而生,近年来,尽管我国高校上市公司发展凭借着优秀的的高新技术人才与产业不断发展,然而高校上市公司的发展却不尽如人意。近些年来,国内外高校上市公司不断曝出了公司丑闻,这些凸显出公司治理问题研究的重要性。本文基于国内外已有的研究成果,选择出了我国高校上市公司 2016-2018 年的数据来作为研究样本, 利用 spss 对于高校上市公司公司治理结构与经营绩效现状进行实证研究,从数据中分析出我国高校上市公司治理结构对于公司绩效存在的问题,提出了改善高管人员激励机制、改善股权结构、改善董事会治理水平的建议,希望这些建议对于帮助我国高校上市公司的治理结构和绩效有促进作用。关键词:高校上市公司;董事会;股权结构AbstractEffective improvement of business performance has always been the realistic needs of enterprises, especially in the increasingly complex economic environment, experts continue to study the performance of enterprises in order to plan a better future for the development of enterprises.
