工程企业薪酬体系设计研究摘要薪酬体系关系到员工的切身利益和企业整体目标的实现,是企业人力资源管理非常重要的一个部分,良好的薪酬激励机制能有效的提高企业的运营效率,降低运营成本。企业能否制定与设计出一套最能有效激励员工的薪酬体系成为大多数企业进一步发展所迫切需要解决的一个关键问题。尤其是建筑工程企业,面对知识经济时代的到来,应加强和规范内部人力资源管理,制定一套合理且适应企业内外环境的,具有激励作用并有利于加强企业核心竞争力的薪酬体系,从而为企业持续稳定发展提供动力。本文阐述了宽带薪酬的相关理论,深入分析了建筑工程企业薪酬体系设计的影响因素,并详细分析了建筑工程企业薪酬体系的现状和存在的问题,在此基础上讨论建筑工程企业薪酬体系再设计的必要性,并结合建筑工程企业薪酬体系设计的原则来分析宽带薪酬体系在建筑工程企业的适用性,最后以湖南 D 建设集团为例,设计出一套与该公司相适应的宽带薪酬管理方案,并研究了该公司宽带薪酬方案的实施保障措施。关键词:工程企业;薪酬设计;宽带薪酬RESEARCHING THE DESIGN OF THE SALARY SYSTEM IN ENGINEERING ENTERPRISEABSTRACTSalary system is close related with the benefits of employees and with the achievement of enterprise goal , which is an important component of human resource management system.A good salary motivation mechanism can enhance the operation efficiency of an enterprise and reduce the operating cost.
