互联网环境下新零售模式及架构的研究摘 要在“互联网+”、“共享经济”的影响下,传统零售行业持续低迷,销售额增长速度放缓,消费者对互联网消费的需求和欲望愈发明显。二十一世纪以来互联网、云计算、大数据等技术迅猛发展并广泛应用,催生了“互联网+零售”这一零售新形式,并逐渐主导着零售业的发展方向。 “互联网+零售”的诞生为传统电商以及传统商业发展提供了新思路,线上与线下有机结合,更好的满足消费者的需求。本文总结了相关文献中新零售的成因、内涵以及特点,并通过借鉴苏宁小店的实践经验,研究影响“新零售”模式对传统零售及电子商务行业产生的影响和变革,新零售模式作为电商行业走出瓶颈期的替代方案,针对现状以及新零售模式面对的挑战,提出相应的发展对策,希望能为互联网环境下新零售的发展提供帮助。关键词:互联网+;新零售;现状;问题;发展对策Research On New Retail Models And Structures In The Internet EnvironmentAbstractUnder the influence of "Internet plus" and "sharing economy", the traditional retail industry has been in a continuous downturn, with the growth rate of sales slowing down and consumers' demand and desire for Internet consumption becoming more and more obvious.
