建言行为对于员工职业成长的影响及机理【摘要】本文从建言行为以及职业成长已有的研究成果出发,首先进行了相关概念界定与理论基础总结。之后,分析了有效建言行为对于职业成长的作用,员工建言行为可以帮助员工提高职业能力,员工的建言行为可以帮助员工明确职业目标,员工的建言行为可以帮助员工完成职位晋升和报酬增长,员工建言行为可以帮助员工提高创新能力。并分析了有效建言行为对于职业成长的作用的形成机理:有效建言行为通过完善的表达沟通与决策提高职业能力,有效的建言行为通过职业再规划明确职业目标,有效的建言行为通过自我实现完成职位晋升和报酬增长,有效的建言行为支持感知与认可实现创新能力提升。最后,提出了充分发挥建言行为对职业成长的正向作用对策建议:提升建言的可执行性,根据建言对象类型把握建言行为,要强化建言的制度保障,积极营造成熟的建言氛围。【关键词】 建言行为;职业成长;作用;形成机理;对策建议The influence and mechanism of the suggestion behavior on the career growth of employeesAbstract: Based on the existing research results of voice behavior and career growth, this paper first defines the relevant concepts and summarizes the theoretical basis.
