建筑业核心竞争力探析建筑业核心竞争力探析摘要“这是最好的时代，这是最坏的时代”，双城记里的这句话是如今建筑行业最真实的写照。一方面，随着白银时代的到来和房地产行业的持续升温，建筑业迎来了新的发展契机且势头强劲。另一方面，行业的竞争也日益加剧，建筑业面临着更加严峻的挑战。所以，提升核心竞争力是当今建筑企业的必然的抉择。我国建筑行业怎样构建并有效的提升自身的核心竞争力，显然是目前建筑企业必须解决的问题。 鉴于此，本文借助文献调研与数学统计等方法，首先解析核心竞争力的相关理论知识，分析核心竞争力的相关特点。然后，分析我国建筑业如今的发展现状和企业长期存在的问题。最后，基于企业核心竞争力的角度，提出几个发展核心竞争力的几个对策。 旨在给建筑企业发展并提升自身核心竞争力提供一些值得借鉴的理论依据，促进我国建筑行业快速、健康的发展。关键词：建筑行业；核心竞争力；发展对策；企业文化I建筑业核心竞争力探析Analysis of the core competitiveness of the construction industryAbstract“It was the best of times, it was the worst of times," Tale of Two Cities in this sentence is now the most realistic portrayal of the construction industry.
