农民工劳动权利保护问题研究分析 人力资源管理专业

摘 要我国城乡二元制结构的环境直接造成了农民工群体的出现，对于农民工群体管理又受户籍制度的城乡区别化管理和户籍归属地模式的影响 。在这个整体社会背景之下，对于农民工在工作当地权益保护措施的开展存在一定难度，长期以来农民工的权益得不到有效保障，加之我国城乡发展的差异原因，对于社会稳定有一定的破坏作用。农民工权益保护是全社会关心的大事，也是本文开展和讨论的中心，解决好这一问题，对于建设社会主义和谐社会，缩小城乡差异推动新时代背景下的城镇建设，促进收入公平有着重要作用。本文以我国农民工劳动权益保护现状为研究对象，对我国农民工劳动权益受到侵害的原因进行了分析，并据此提出相关的解决对策。关键词： 农民工；劳动权益；社会保障AbstractThe dual structure between town and country environment directly caused the emergence of migrant workers, and by the household registration system for migrant workers management mode of resource management and the household registration belongs to the difference between urban and rural areas.
