佩特曼的参与式民主理论分析研究 工商管理专业

摘 要在 20 世纪六七十年代，西方社会爆发了追求民主运动，但是参与却受不到重视，民众对社会事务冷漠，不感兴趣。于是学者们进行不断的反省、思索，于 1960 年，阿诺德·考夫曼首次提出了“参与民主”这一概念。于 1970 年，佩特曼出版《参与和民主理论》一书，该书是参与式民主理论的正式兴起的标志，从理论和社会实践对参与式民主理论进行诠释和构建[[endnoteRef:0]]。佩特曼的参与式民主理论具有其合理性和局限性。 王晓丽.卡罗尔·佩特曼的参与民主理论评析[J].内蒙古大学学报(哲学社会科学版).2009.] 关键词：佩特曼；参与；民主；参与式民主理论；AbstractIn the 60s and 70s twentieth Century, the Democratic Movement broke out in the western society, but there was no position in the contemporary democratic theory in the mainstream. In modern times, in the field of Western democratic research, representative democracy with liberalism as a value orientation has occupied the mainstream of the theory of the people, but its disadvantages in reality. The end is also gradually showing that citizens are "indifferent" towards social public affairs. In such a social background, scholars have constantly introspection, think and explore the reality of the situation, in 1960 Arnold Kaufman first proposed the concept of "participation in democracy".In 1970, Pettman published a book on participation and democracy, which marks the formal rise of the participatory democracy theory. This book constructs and interprets the participatory democratic theory from the connotation, function, realization level and Participatory Society of participatory democracy.
