栖霞养老保险在实施过程中存在的问题分析研究 公共管理专业

摘 要我国的社会养老保险已经从城市开始延伸到农村，本文对栖霞的农村养老保险现状进行了调查研究，着重调查了目前栖霞县养老保险的现状，分析了养老保险中存在的亟待解决的相关问题，并结合栖霞的经济发展与风俗习惯给出了具体的建议。本文的研究目的是为了发展和完善栖霞农村养老保险体制，力求在基于栖霞政府财政的现实考虑，找出一个最适宜栖霞农村居民社会养老保险资金的筹措、控制、运营等一系列资金管理的方式，以及与之相应的配套措施。关键字：养老保险；农村养老保险；养老保险体系；栖霞ABSTRACTSocial endowment insurance in China has been from the beginning of the city extended to rural areas, this paper made investigation to Qixia rural pension insurance status, focusing on the investigation of the present situation of Qixia County of endowment insurance, analyzes the problems existing in old-age insurance, and economic development and customs of Qixia is given in this paper.
