关于企业财务风险管理的分析——以京东集团为例[摘要]经济全球化加上改革开放，使我国的市场经济面临一个又一个机遇和挑战 。在激烈的市场竞争事态下，对于企业而言，财务风险并不是受到主观因素的影响而产生的，例如互联网电商巨头京东集团，在积极响应国家“互联网 +” 政策的过程中产生的财务风险依然是客观存在的。本文通过分析京东集团近年在财务上出现的问题，研究其财务问题的成因，并提出解决电商企业面临财务风险问题的对策，从而在财务风险管理方面帮助电商企业更好的发展，使电商企业的潜在能量能够更好地发挥出来，同时希望能够为相关研究提供理论借鉴。[ 关键词] 财务管理；财务风险；京东Analysis of Enterprise Financial Risk Management- To Jingdong Group As an Example [Abstract] Combined with the reform and opening up, economic globalization makes market economy of our country faces one another the opportunities and challenges. Under the intense market competition situation, the existence of enterprise financial risk is objective, as a response to the national policy of "Internet + Internet electricity giant jingdong group as well as financial risks.
