教师培训对小学教师课堂教学能力的影响研究—基于淮海经济区小学教师的调查摘要课堂教学能力是教学活动的核心能力,教师教学质量以及学生能力的发展直接受教师课堂教学能力的影响,而教师的职后培训又是影响教师课堂教学能力的关键因素,教师的课堂教学能力和在职培训两方面内容长期以来都是教育界的研究热点,然而关于教师培训对小学教师课堂教学能力影响研究却相对较少。因此,本文通过对淮海经济区小学教师进行抽样问卷调查、课堂观察以及访谈了解小学教师课堂教学的现状,将小学教师的课堂教学能力分为课前拟定教学目标的能力、讲授课堂教学内容的能力、教学技能能力、课堂教学态度能力这四个方面,每项能力又具体划分为若干项方面。同时将在职教师的培训分为教师在职培训的次数、层次、主题、形式这四个方面的内容。并进一步分析教师课堂教学能力与教师职后培训的相关性,并由此提出改进培训的方式方法,进而提出提高小学教师课堂教学能力的相关策略。关键词:教师培训;课堂教学能力;相关性分析Researchontheinfluenceofteachertrainingonclassroomteachingabilityofprimaryschoolteachers——basedontheinvestigationofprimaryschoolintheHuaihaieconomiczoneAbstractClassroomteachingabilityisthecoreabilityofteachersinteachingpractice,itdirectlyaffectstheclassroomteachingeffectandthedevelopmentofstudents'personalabilities,besides,teachers'jobtrainingisalsoanimportantfactoraffectingthedevelopmentofteachers'classroomteachingability,twoaspectsofteachers'classroomteachingabilityandpostjobtrainingarehottopicsintheeducationalfield.However,therearerelativelyfewstudiesontheimpactofteachertrainingonTeachers'classroomteachingability.So,thispaperconductsasamplesurvey,classroomobservationandinterviewswithprimaryschoolteachersinHuaihaieconomiczonetounderstandingthestatusquoofteachingabilityforprimaryschoolteachers,theclassroomteachingabilityofprimaryschoolteachersisdividedintoteachingobjectives,teachingcontents,teachingskillsandteachingattitudes,eachabilityisspecificallydividedintoanumberofaspectsAtthesametime,teachertrainingcanbedividedintotrainingfrequency,traininglevel,trainingthemeandtrainingform.Thenitanalyzesthecorrelationbetweenteachers'classroomteachingabilityandteachers'postjobtraining.Andputforwardwaysandmeanstoimproveposttraining,Thenputforwardstrategiestoimproveprimaryschoolteachers'classroomteachingability.KeyWords:Teachertraining;classroomteachingability;correlationanalysis目录摘要......................................................................................................................................IAbstract..................................................................................................................................II一问题的提出及研究意义..................................................................................................1(一)问题的提出........................................................................................................1(二)研究意义............................................................................................................2二研究综述..........................................................................................................................2(一)课堂教学能力综述............................................................................................2(二)教师培训综述....................................................................................................4(三)教师培训与教师课堂教学能力间关系的综述...........................................
