摘要进入21世纪，WTO的挑战首当其冲，愈发激烈的市场竞争已经促使我国很多企业在深入思考，认识到必须进行管理创新，改善自身的管理水平，建立起能够适应这种竞争环境的管理机制。ERP系统作为企业实现这一目标的技术手段和应用工具之一，作为实现企业管理创新的一个平台正备受推崇。然而，我国企业应用ERP的时间还短，实施模式和手段不尽相同，实施效果也差强人意。据不完全统计，我国制造企业目前已有约1000家购买或使用了ERP软件。在e-works2005年对我国制造业ERP应用满意度的调查中，只有42%和10%认为达到了预期效果，有37%和11%认为低于和远低于预期。如何成功应用ERP正越来越受到企业的关注。制造业是我国最早应用ERP的行业，也是应用度最深最广的行业，本文试图对我国制造业应用ERP做一些探讨。本文首先总结管理创新的内容、方法和意义，介绍ERP好的特点和核心思想，找到企业管理创新与ERP应用之间的紧密关系；接着总结我国制造业应用ERP的现状，找到其中的关键问题，并归纳出评价制造业ERP适用度的指标，据此对我国制造业基于ERP适用度这个标准分类，在分类基础上进一步提出相应ERP应用策略。本文研究表明，要成功应用ERP，一定要认识到ERP是一套管理思想和管理系统，不仅仅是一个IT项目，ERP应用是对企业管理模式的再造工程，是企业管理的一次创新、革命。在应用过程中一定要立足于管理创新，把企业的管理创新落到实处，真正实现ERP应用与管理创新有机结合，相辅相成，互为促进。关键词：ERP；ERP选型；制造业；AbstractIntwenty-firstCentury，thechallengeofWTOisthemostimportantone.Themoreandmoreintensemarketcompetencehasalreadyevokemanycorporationsgodeepintothought，andrealizethattheyhavetocarrythroughmanageinnovation，builtupnewsystemtosuitinthiscompetencyenvironment.ERPsystem，whatquaoneofthetechniquemeansandimplementapplicationofachievethistarget，andaroofofrealizemanageinnovation，iscanonizedbycorporations.ButweonlyapplyERPsystemforashorttime，andthepatternandwaysaredifferent，theresultsarejustpassable.Bytheincompletestatistic，inourcountrythereareabout1000manufacturecorporationshavebeenboughtorappliedERP.IntheusingIsatisfactionquestionnaireforERPinourmanufacturecorporationsbye-worksin2005，only42%and10%thoughttheygottheexpectedeffect，37%and11%considertheydidnotgotorfarawayfromtheirgoals.HowtouseERPsuccessfullyhasgettingmoreandmoreconsiderations.ManufactureisthepioneerwhoappliesERP，anditappliesitformostdeepandbroad.ThisarticleistryingtotalkabouttheERPapplicationinourmanufacturecorporations.Inthefirst，itsummarizethecontent，waysandmeaningofmanageinnovation，introducethecharacteristicandcoreideaofERP，findthecloserelationshipbetweencorporationmanageinnovationandERPapplication;nextitsummarizetheactualityofapplyingERPinourmanufacture，findthemostimportantquestion，concludetheguidelineofestimateERPapplicationdegree，andbythis，classifyourmanufacturebasingonERPapplicationdegree.Inthelast，putforwardthesuitableERPapplicationmeasures.TheresearchinthisarticleindicatethatifwewanttoapplyERPsuccessfully，weshouldrealizeERPisamanageideaandsystem，notonlyanITitem.ERPapplicationisaReconstructionprojectforcorporationmanagespattern，ainnovationandreformformanagement.Weshouldfindafootholdmanageinnovationinapplicationprocess，carryoutitcarefully，torealizethecombinationofERPapplicationandmanageinnovation，lettheminteractioneachotherandgetimprovement.Keywords：ERP；manageinnovation；manufacture；strategy；sortII目录摘要................................................................................ⅠAbstract...........................................................................Ⅱ绪论...
