结果表明:随碳含量增高,析出的碳化物数量增多,碳化物颗粒钉扎铁素体相晶界和位错作用增强,导致该铸钢的强度、硬度增高而钢的延伸率降低,冲击功呈降低趋势
在650℃~700℃回火处理时,获得的组织为回火索氏体+碳化物,且随回火温度的升高,钢的强度降低,塑性得以改善
随回火时间延长,碳化物聚集长大,钢的强度、硬度降低,而延伸率增高
