摘要近年来,我国的汽车发动机水平有着显著的提高,但是,大多数发动机关键零部件技术还掌握在跨国公司手中,我们的发动机技术水平与世界新进水平相比还有不小的差距,同时,国内数控技术得到很大发展,尤其是汽车零部件的设计、制造与生产更是竞争白热化的阶段。发动机右支架是汽车发动机上的主要零部件,制造精度要求高,零件形状较为复杂。本设计针对汽车发动机右支架加工工艺和钻底孔专用夹具进行了研究。在加工工艺方面,采用了工序集中与工序分散相结合的加工方法,使用加工中心等数控机床对部分工序采取集中加工。在实际生产中,这套工艺可以保证机器零件的加工质量,提高生产率;降低制造成本;减轻工人的劳动强度,保证生产安全。在零件加工过程中,几乎每道工序都采用专用夹具与特殊加工工艺相结合,保证零件在加工和装配过程中尺寸的高精度要求,减少零件在加工中的变形、保障整体部件装配尺寸精良、配合准确。在加工中心孔系加工工序的专用夹具设计过程中,考虑到零件形状较为复杂,可选择的定位面较少,现以右支架底面作为精基准,用两个定位销和三个支承板对其进行六点完全定位,采用液压夹紧方式并用两个带螺旋槽的钩头压板夹紧工件。结果表明,此加工工艺能使工件加工精度符合各项尺寸要求,并且提高了生产率。专用夹具的使用保证了工件定位的准确和稳定,提高了工作效率。关键词:汽车发动机右支架;工艺;夹具AbstractInrecentyears,withtheexternaltechnicalbeeningmassivelyintroduced,thedomesticautomobileprofessionhasbeenrapidlyobtaineddeveloped.Therightsupportisthemainpartsonthe“engine”——theautomobileheart.Themanufactureprecisionandthecomplexcomponentrequestsshapebringalotofinconvenientduringtheprocess.Thisdesignresearchessystematicallyontheenginerightsupportprocessingcraftandthejig.Intheprocessingcraftaspecttheprocessingmethodthattheworkingprocedurecentralismandthedispersedphasearecombinedisused,andthenumericalcontrolenginebedsisusedtoprocesscentrallythepartialworkingprocedures,then,notonlytheprocessingqualityisguaranteed,butalsotheproductionefficiencyisgreatlyenhanced.Atthesametime,theformerholesurfaceprocessingisinnovatedintheprocessingworkingproceduresuccessivelytheorderwhichcausesthelocalizationtobemoreaccurate,thusalsoenablethecomponentstheprocessingprecisiontoobtainabetterguarantee.Inthejigdesignaspect,ineachworkingproceduretheunitclampisusedtocarryontheclampnearlytotheworkpiece,andinpartialworkingprocedures,theelasticlocalizationisusedtoovercometheworkpiecedistortionduringclampsproducesandthethepre-folkprescriptionlawisusedtosolvethemiddleaxledistortionduringbracketprocessing.Whilethespecialclampisdesign,thecomplexcomponentshapeandthefewchoicelocationaretakenintoaccount,therightsupportbottomsurfaceistakenasthefinedatum,andtwopositioningpinsandfoursupportingtabletcoupletareusedtolocatecompletely,thehydraulicpressureclampmethodisselectedandtwobeltspiralgroovehooksareusedtoclampworkpiece,whichnotonlyensuretheprocessingprecisionandtheproductionefficiency,butalsoenhancedtheproductionsecurityandtheworkingconditions.Thefindingsindicatethatprocessprecisionofthemotorenginerightsupportarefitforeachsizerequirementandthistechnologyenhancestheproductivity,whichadvancedtheproductivity.andcreateasecureproductionenvironment.Thespecialclampingmakesurethattheworkpieceislocatedcorrectly,andtheworkingstrengthisreducedinthemobileclampingway,atthesametimetheworkefficiencyisimproved.Keywords:Rightsupportofautomobileengine;Technology;Jig引言发动机是汽车的"心脏".汽车的发展与发动机的进步有着直接的联系.18世纪中叶,瓦特发明了蒸气机,此后人们开始设想把蒸汽机装到车子上载人....
