宁化县各溪水库除险加固工程工程验收施工管理工作报告福建省莆田市水电工程处二零一一年十月目录一、工程概况···························································1二、工程投标····························································3三、施工进度管理······················································5四、主要施工方法····················································11五、施工质量管理····················································23六、文明施工与安全生产···········································31七、节能减排··························································32八、合同管理··························································35九、经验与建议·······················································36十、附件································································36一、工程概况各溪水库大坝位于宁化县安乐乡赖畲村,所在河流为沙溪河系九龙溪支流。水库所在地安乐乡地处宁化县南面,与连城、长汀、宁化、清流四县交界处,有宁化县南大门之称,距宁化县城24km。各溪水库工程于1977年10月动工修建,1984年8月工程基本完工。坝址以上集雨面积55平方公里,水库现在设计洪水标准30年一遇,相应洪水位386.75m,300年一遇洪水标准校核,相应洪水位387.9m。水库正常蓄水位382.6m。水库总库容243万m3。各溪水库大坝为变半径变中心角浆砌乱毛石拱坝。大坝顶部中心角度为112度,底部中心角度84度,坝体采用80#砂浆砌乱毛石,底宽7.2m,顶宽2.2米,大坝坝体在拱中心线左侧高程365m处设置一根放水排沙铸铁管,进口直径600mm,出口直径400mm,并采用φ400mm的闸阀进行控制。各溪溢洪道位于大坝中间位置,为开敞式实用堰,堰顶弧长48m,顶宽1.3m,堰顶高程382.6m,溢流堰下部为奥氏曲线,采用钢筋砼结构。为自由溢流形式,设计最大溢流量为795万m3/s。各溪两岸采用重力墩与岸坡相连,重力墩为M10砂浆砌毛块石的形式。0输水涵管为大坝的右端,采用钢筋砼管,内径1m,进水口高程为373.48m,出口安装直接0.8m的闸阀。水文气象和工程地质各溪水库流域地处沿海内陆区,亚热带气候,年平均气温17.5度,最高气温37.2度,最低气温零下7.5度,年降雨量1800毫米,年无霜期约240天。各溪水库坝址出露的地层岩性主要为加里东期花岗岩。第四系覆盖层主要为残积层。坝区未发现断裂及断层分布,但岩体节理裂隙较发育,特别是河床及右岸地段,河床主要发育L1及L2两条顺沟方向节理,延伸至水库内。坝区岩体风化主要受地形、岩性和构造控制,坝区左岸370m高程以下及右岸378m高程以下多数为弱风化基岩裸露,左岸370m高程及右岸378m高程以上虽有全风化岩体,但厚度一般小于5m。坝基岩体地质分类:左岸367m高程以下,右岸375m高程以下及河床段坝基岩体为弱风化下带岩体,岩体较完整,强度较高,属Ⅱ类岩体坝基,局部节理裂隙密集带为Ⅲ类岩体坝基,左岸367m高程以上级右岸375m高程以上坝基岩体为弱风化上带,节理裂隙发育,岩体完整性差,属于Ⅲ类岩体坝基。坝区地下水主要为基岩裂隙水,主要赋存于弱风化花岗岩裂隙中。1主要工作内容1、大坝加固工程(1)坝体坝基防渗:坝基帷幕灌浆、坝体补强灌浆、坝下游面水平灌浆;(2)重力墩加固:墩基固结灌浆、墩体补强灌浆,左重力墩C15埋石砼培厚;(3)坝顶整治:新建坝上游面防...
