体验式培训的理论基础分析陶金元(山东行政学院,山东济南250014)摘要:体验式培训在中国是一种蓬勃发展的新型培训方式,具体实践过程中,手段和方法很不统一,缺乏统一的理论指导,文章在深入了解体验式培训的基础上,从哲学、教育心理学、“学习圈理论”、组织行为学和管理学等角度分析体验式培训的理论基础及其不足,进而提出相应对策,以期能为更好地组织和实施体验式培训提供依据
