摘要大学生是手机用户的主要群体之一，由于大学生脱离了高中时代那种家长、教师的双重监管，自身控制力又不够，使用手机时难以控制自身的行为，对手机上的各种信息资源不能辨识真伪，对手机各种娱乐功能爱不释手，往往长时间沉溺于手机世界中。久而久之，整个人的生理和心理由于惯性而形成了对手机的依赖，甚至专业学习、人际交往、休闲娱乐都依赖手机。如何引导大学生科学合理地使用手机，这是当前高校思想政治教育工作面临的新问题。本文通过问卷的方式对XX大学生使用手机的现状进行了调查，通过问卷调查的数据可知：XX大学生手机依赖现象是普遍存在的，不同类别的大学生对手机依赖存在着差异，手机依赖影响了大学生的身心健康，手机已经成为大学生学习、社交、娱乐依赖的工具。如何适应大学生学习与思维方式的改变，如何解决手机依赖给大学生造成的身心健康问题，如何引导大学生科学地使用手机，这些问题应该引起高校思想政治教育工作者的重视。关键词：大学生；手机依赖；引导AbstractCellphonedependenceisaphenomenonthatusersofmobilephonesdonotproperlyoverusemobilephones.Collegestudentsisoneofthemajorgroupsofmobilephoneusers,becausecollegestudentsfromthehighschoolthatthedualsupervisionofparentsandteachers,thecontrolforceisnotenough,itisdifficulttocontroltheirownbehaviorwhenusingamobilephone,allkindsofinformationresourcescannotidentifytheauthenticityofthemobilephone,theopponentmachineallkindsofentertainmentfeatureslove,oftenlongtimeaddictedtomobilephoneintheworld.Overtime,thewholeperson'sphysiologyandpsychologyduetoinertiaandtheformationofthephone'sdependence,andevenprofessionallearning,interpersonalcommunication,leisureandentertainmentaretoodependentonmobilephones.HowtoguidecollegestudentstousethemobilephonescientificallyandrationallyisanewproblemintheideologicalandpoliticaleducationinCollegesanduniversities.ThispaperconductsasurveybyquestionnaireinGuangxi13vocationalcollegesand14undergraduatecollegestudentsusingamobilephone,accordingtothesurveydatashowthatGuangximobilephonedependenceofcollegestudentsisacommonphenomenon,differentcategoriesofstudentsonthemobilephonedependentdifferences,mobilephonedependenceaffectsphysicalandmentalhealthofcollegestudents,mobilephonehasbecomethestudents'study,socialnetworkingandentertainmentrelyontools.Howtoadapttothelearningandthinkingstyleofcollegestudents,howtosolvethementalhealthproblemsofcollegestudentscausedbymobilephonedependence,howtoguidestudentstoscientificuseofmobilephone,theseproblemsshouldcausetheattentionofeducatorsofIdeologicalandpoliticaleducation.Keywords:CollegeStudents；DependencyOnCellPhone；GuideHI目录摘要............................................................................................IABSTRACT...................................................................................H引言............................................................................................1一、问题的提出..............................................................................1二、文献研究综述............................................................................3三、研究思路与方法..........................................................................7第一章大众的媒介依赖发展与大学生的手机依赖.....................................................9第一节大众的媒介依赖发展......................................................................9一、大众的传统媒介依赖.....................................................................9二、大众的现代媒介依赖......................................
