基于利益相关者理论的四明山景区旅游利益分配研究【摘要】旅游业的区域形象以旅游景区为主要代表,也是整个行业的的关键要素以及基础,也是每个地区大力推动旅游业发展的主要原因,进而推动读取经济发展。但是,在推动景区发展的过程中,也存有许多矛盾,比如制度缺失以及旅游利益分配失衡等阻碍了景区的发展。本文在整理、分析相关理论文献的基础上,以余姚四明山景区为研究对象,综合运用管理学的利益相关理论和生物学的共生理论,以各利益相关者之间的冲突和利益诉求为主线,建立协调机制,以此协调利益相关者之间的矛盾。先针对四明山景区,进行系统界定,界定出核心利益相关者,然后进行利益相关者之间出现矛盾的原因分析,最后结合相关分析得出的结论,提出关于四明山景区旅游利益协调的具体措施,包括明确旅游利益分配共同目标、制定旅游利益均衡分配机制、设立旅游利益分配意见反馈机制和健全社区有效参与的保障机制。为景区旅游的高效发展提供了解决方案,完善了景区在旅游利益研究方面的不足。【关键词】四明山景区,旅游利益相关者,利益相关者理论,利益分配IResearchontheDistributionofTourismBenefitsinSimingMountainScenicSpotBasedonStakeholderTheory【Abstract】Theregionalimageofthetourismindustryismainlyrepresentedbyscenicspots,anditisalsothekeyelementandfoundationoftheentireindustry.Itisalsothemainreasonforeachregiontovigorouslypromotethedevelopmentoftourism,therebypromotingeconomicdevelopment.However,intheprocessofpromotingthedevelopmentofscenicspots,therearealsomanycontradictions,suchaslackofsystemandunbalanceddistributionoftourismbenefits,whichhinderthedevelopmentofscenicspots.Onthebasisofcollatingandanalyzingrelatedtheoreticalliterature,thisarticletakestheSimingMountainScenicAreainYuyaoastheresearchobject,comprehensivelyusestheinterest-relatedtheoryofmanagementandthesymbiosistheoryofbiology,andfocusesontheconflictsandinterestdemandsbetweenvariousstakeholders.Establishacoordinationmechanismtocoordinateconflictsbetweenstakeholders.First,systematicallydefinetheSimingMountainScenicAreatodefinethecorestakeholders,thenanalyzethereasonsforconflictsbetweenstakeholders,andfinallycombinetheconclusionsdrawnfromtherelevantanalysistoproposespecificmeasuresforthecoordinationoftourisminterestsinSimingMountainScenicArea,Includingclarifyingthecommongoalsofthedistributionoftourismbenefits,formulatingabalanceddistributionmechanismfortourismbenefits,settingupafeedbackmechanismforthedistributionoftourismbenefits,andimprovingtheguaranteemechanismforeffectivecommunityparticipation.Itprovidessolutionsfortheefficientdevelopmentoftourisminscenicspots,andimprovesthedeficienciesofscenicspotsinthestudyoftourismbenefits.【KeyWords】SimingMountainScenicSpot,TourismBenefitsStakeholders,StakeholderTheory,BenefitsDistributionII目录引言......................................................................................................................................1一、相关概念及理论分析..................................................................................................1(一)相关概念..........................................................................................................11.利益相关者....................................................................................................12.旅游利益........................................................................................................23.利益分配........................................................................................................2(二)相关理论.........
