中国-东盟自贸区的现状、障碍及发展研究Researchonthecurrentsituation,obstaclesanddevelopmentofChinaASEANFreeTradeArea摘要：中国-东盟自由贸易区近年来经历了跨越式发展，2020年，东盟已经超过欧盟成为中国最大的对外贸易合作伙伴。在逆全球化趋势加强和中美贸易摩擦加剧的背景下，如何稳定并扩大中国与东盟的经贸合作水平，对当前中国的经济发展具有重要意义。本文通过研究中国-东盟自贸区的贸易结构和投资情况，剖析发展过程中存在的瓶颈，为自贸区的高水平发展提供理论依据。首先具体通过2015-2019年间自贸区进出口贸易额的增长情况、进出口贸易产品和直接投资情况，分析贸易结构和投资结构，结合产业结构分析，了解近年来的自贸区经济发展现状。其次通过营商环境全球排名和全球竞争力分析出自贸区的发展制约因素，如资源相似造成的同质化竞争、投资比例失衡且投资结构较为单一、营商环境和国家竞争力的限制和双方在吸引外资方面存在竞争。最后根据自贸区发展过程中的制约因素对未来发展方向提出建议，提升双边贸易出口质量和投资便利化水平，优化双边营商环境，从而推动双方经济紧密合作。关键词：中国-东盟自由贸易区，贸易结构，对外投资，营商环境Abstract:Inrecentyears,ChinaASEANFreeTradeAreahasexperiencedgreatleapforwarddevelopment.In2020,ASEANhassurpassedtheEUasChina'slargestforeigntradepartner.UnderthebackgroundofincreasingantiglobalizationtrendandSinoUStradefriction,howtostabilizeandexpandthelevelofeconomicandtradecooperationbetweenChinaandASEANisofgreatsignificancetothecurrenteconomicdevelopmentofChina.ThispaperstudiesthetradestructureandinvestmentsituationofChinaASEANFreeTradeArea,analyzesthebottlenecksinthedevelopmentprocess,andprovidesatheoreticalbasisforthehigh-leveldevelopmentofthefreetradearea.Firstofall,throughthegrowthofimportandexporttradevolume,importandexporttradeproductsanddirectinvestmentinthefreetradezonefrom2015to2019,thispaperanalyzesthetradestructureandinvestmentstructure,combinedwiththeanalysisofindustrialstructure,tounderstandthecurrentsituationofeconomicdevelopmentinthefreetradezoneinrecentyears.Secondly,throughtheglobalrankingofbusinessenvironmentandglobalcompetitiveness,thispaperanalyzesthedevelopmentconstraintsofFTZs,suchashomogeneouscompetitioncausedbysimilarresources,imbalanceofinvestmentproportionandsingleinvestmentstructure,constraintsofbusinessenvironmentandnationalcompetitiveness,andcompetitionbetweenthetwosidesinattractingforeigninvestment.Finally,accordingtotheconstraintsinthedevelopmentprocessofthefreetradezone,thispaperputsforwardsomesuggestionsonthefuturedevelopmentdirection,improvingtheexportqualityofbilateraltradeandthelevelofinvestmentfacilitation,optimizingthebilateralbusinessenvironment,soastopromotethecloseeconomiccooperationbetweenthetwosides.Keywords:China-ASEANFreeTradeArea,tradestructure,foreigninvestment,businessenvironment.目录一、引言...........................................................5二、中国-东盟自贸区的经贸合作发展现状...............................6（一）贸易合作规模不断扩大......................................5（二）贸易差额波动剧烈..........................................6（三）贸易结构存在失衡..........................................7（四）投资增长较为迅速.........................................10（五）投资行业趋于集中.........................................11三、制约中国-东盟自由贸易区发展的因素..............................12（一）产业结构相似造成同质化竞争...............................12（二）投资结构较为单一.........................................13（三）营商环境有待提...
