工业有机废气处理及效能评估——以苏州高新区为例摘要自改革开放以来，我国经济迅猛发展，中华民族进入全面复兴的阶段，社会今个方面都不断进步，工业水平则是衡量社会主义现代化工业化的重要指标。但是随之而来的污染问题也是越来越多，对人民的生活质量带来了很多负面影响。其中，大气污染治理是重中之重，有机废气污染已成为工业区大气污染控制的重点指标。工业有机废气种类繁多，治理技术也不尽相同，其中大部分指标还没有统一的国家标准，大部分监测与评价中会借鉴国外标准或根据地表标准为依据，由于不是强制监测指标所以工业有机废气的监测数据较少。在我国当前的环境监督管理中，非甲烷总烃属于常用指标，对于空气中挥发性有机物污染情况的监测具有积极意义。对此，本文通过对实际情况调查与研究后，最终决定选择非甲烷总烃为测量有机废气的指标。本文在研究的过程中，将苏州高新区作为研究对象，在对区域内的空气包含有机物成分分析与特征污染企业废气监测数据调研等手段，对高新区内的工业有机废气污染情况深层次的研究。与此同时，还对苏州高新区区域范围内的重点企业的实际情况进行监测，并根据监测得到的结果执行归纳总结与数据分析，为处理工业有机废气方面提供一定的建议。关键词:苏州高新区，工业有机废气，非甲烷总烃，调查IAbstractSincethereformandopeningup,China'srapideconomicdevelopment,theChinesenationenteredthestageofRenaissance,thissocietywillcontinuetoprogress,industriallevelisanimportantindicatorofsocialistmodernizationindustrialization.Buttherearemoreandmorepollutionproblems,whichhavebroughtaboutmanynegativeimpactsonpeople'squalityoflife.Amongthem,airpollutioncontrolisthemostimportant,organicwastegaspollutionhasbecomethekeyindicatorsofindustrialareaairpollutioncontrol.Manykindsofindustrialorganicwastegastreatmenttechnology,arenotthesame,mostofthemalsothereisnouniformnationalstandards,mostofthemonitoringandevaluationwilllearnfromforeignstandardsorsurfaceaccordingtothestandardasthebasis,becauseitisnotmandatorysomonitoringindicatorsofindustrialorganicwastegasmonitoringdataless.InChina'scurrentenvironmentalsupervisionandmanagement,non-methanetotalhydrocarbonisacommonindex.whichcanbeusedtocharacterizethevolatileorganiccompoundspollutioninair.Therefore,thenonmethanetotalhydrocarbonsareusedastheindicatorsforthedeterminationoforganicwastegas.Thispapertakessuzhouhigh-techzoneastheresearchobject,throughtheanalysisoforganiccompoundsinspecificareasofaircompositionandcharacteristicofpollutingenterpriseswastegasmonitoringdataandotherresearchmethods,surveyofindustrialorganicwastegaspollutionsituationofhigh-techzone;investigationofkeyenterprisesinmajorindustriesandindustrialorganicwastegasintheareaofthemonitoringresultsthroughfacilitiesafterthefinaldatawereanalyzedandsummarizedtoprovideareferencefortheenterprisesinthecontrolofvolatileorganicmatter.Keywords:SuzhouhitechIndustrialZone,industrialorganicwastegas,NMHC,investigationIIIII苏州科技大学硕士论文目录目录摘要.............................................IABSTRACT.......................................................................................II第一章绪论..................................11.1引言......................................................11.2有机废气治理现状...........................................21.2.1有机废气的定义..........................................21.2.2工业有机废气的主要来源...................................31.2.3工业有机废气的危害......................................31.2.4工业有机废气污染控制政策及技术的国内外研究状况..............41.2.5工业有机废气治理研究对象的选取......
