粤东地区职业院校旅游管理专业校企合作人才培养模式探析中文摘要自从改革开放以来，旅游行业市场的日趋繁荣，旅游管理专业人才的需求量逐年加大，而促进旅游管理专业的人才的培养模式之一的校企办学越来越受到人们的重视。纵观国内外理论界，有很多研究者提出了自己的创新想法。再看国内外的办学实例，也总结出很多旅游管理专业的校企合作人才培养模式的成功案例。在我国粤东地区职业院校旅游管理专业校企合作的办学模式和人才培养模式已经取得了一定的成效，但是还是存在诸多不足的地方。基于上述的研究背景，本文在理论和实践两个方面对职粤东地区业院校旅游管理专业校企合作人才培养模式进行论述。在理论方面重点介绍了校企合作的人才培养模式的理论渊源和内涵，以及对粤广地区的校企合作的人才培养模式的归纳分类的研究，以至于能更好的理解本文论述的中心思想。在实践方面，本文着重从粤东地区的职业学校的旅游管理专业的校企合作做办学模式为中心比如汕头职业技术学校等等，在分析的过程中和外国的成功案例做对比得到了一些有意义的启示；总结以上内容，提出我国在职业院校旅游管理专业校企合作人才培养模式中暴露的相关问题并提出了切实可行的解决方案。最终得出了一些相关结论：学校和企业在旅游管理人才培养模式中应该始终坚持“以人为本”的原则，把能力本位教育做到实处，并建立学校和企业合作的长效模式，在教师队伍和课程配置上都要体现出人才的应用价值。从而建立全方位，立体化，综合性的旅游管理人才培养模式。为粤东地区乃至全国的职业院校旅游管理专业校企合作人才培养模式提供相应的借鉴。关键词：旅游管理专业；校企合作；合作模式AbstractSincereformandopeningup,themarketsareboomingtourismindustry,tourismmanagementspecializedtalentedpersondemandincreasedyearbyyear,andthepromotionoftourismmanagementtalentstrainingmodebetweentheschool,oneofthemoreandmoregetpeople'sattention.Inthetheoreticalcirclebothathomeandabroad,therearealotofresearchersputforwarditsowninnovativeideas.Againseeinstancesofrunningbothathomeandabroad,alsosumsupmanyfactors:tourismmanagementtalentstrainingmodeofsuccessfulcases.Eastguangdongvocationalcollegesinourcountrytourismmanagementmodeandtalentstrainingmodeofcooperationbetweencollegeshasmadecertainachievements,buttherearestillsomeshortcomings.Basedontheaboveresearchbackground,thisarticleonthetwoaspectsoftheoryandpracticeofeastguangdongindustryuniversity-enterprisecooperationintourismmanagementspecialtypersonneltrainingmodeisdiscussed.Intheaspectoftheoryofuniversity-enterprisecooperationismainlyintroducedtheoryoriginandconnotationofpersonneltrainingmode,aswellastotheguangdongwideareasofuniversity-enterprisecooperationpersonneltrainingmodeofinductiveclassificationresearch,sothatcanbetterunderstandthecentralideaofthispaper.Inpractice,thisarticleemphaticallyfromeastguangdongvocationalschooloftourismmanagementprofessionaluniversity-enterprisecooperationdoschool-runningmodeforcenterssuchasshantouvocationalandtechnicalschools,etc.,intheprocessofanalysisandforeignsuccessfulcasescomparegetsomeimportantenlightenment;Sumuptheabovecontent,tourismmanagementspecialtyinvocationalcollegesinChinaareputforwarduniversity-enterprisecooperationinthetrainingmodeofrelatedproblemsandputsforwardsomepracticalsolutions.Intheend,somerelevantconclusionsaredrawn:schoolsandenterprisesintourismmanagementtalentstrainingmodeshouldalwaysadheretotheprincipleof"people-oriented",puttingcompetence-basededucationdoeffect,long-termpatternandsetuptheschoolandenterprisecooperation,ontheconfigurationofteacherteamandcurriculumshouldembodythetalentsofapplicationvalue.Tobuildall-round,three-dimensional...
