跨境电子商务人才需求和培养模式的研究【摘要】伴随着经济全球化的趋势不断扩大,电子信息化技术也应运而生得到了高速的发展。在这种社会技术大背景下,电子商务,尤其是跨境电子商务,利用其以互联网大数据的智能手段在国际贸易这一领域上的地位日益得到凸显,逐渐成为了外贸新的经济增长点。“一带一路”是习近平总书记所提出的一项重要的国家倡议,也是我国进行跨境电子商务的一个重要的推动力。但是,由于跨境电子商务存在着金融交付环境相对复杂,国际贸易格局的竞争化等众多威胁,使得我国跨境电子商务的发展受到了极大的限制。在这种机遇与威胁并存的背景下,对于跨境电子商务专业人才的需求就变得更加急迫。本文将以“一带一路”政策为背景,从跨境电子商务的行业发展现状出发,通过以比较跨境电商和非跨境电商人才的区别来分析跨境电子商务人才的需求状况和培养模式,并在此找出高校在人才培养机制内存在的如教学模式单一、师资力量薄弱、课程设置不合理等问题,最终从实际出发,提出跨境电子商务人才培养需要从校企联合培养、增强师资力量、“实训+竞赛”组合等方面进行改进的对策,进而推动我国跨境电子商务行业的健康发展。关键词:跨境电子商务:人才需求:高校人才培养:“一带一路”[Abstract]Withthedevelopmentofeconomicglobalization,electronicinformationtechnologyhasdevelopedrapidly.Againstthisbackgroundofsocialtechnology,e-commerce,especiallycross-bordere-commerce,hasbeenplayinganincreasinglyprominentroleinthefieldofinternationaltradewiththeintelligentmeansofInternetbigdata,andhasgraduallybecomeaneweconomicgrowthpointofforeigntrade."OneBeltAndOneRoad"isanimportantnationalinitiativeputforwardbygeneralsecretaryxijinping,andalsoanimportantdrivingforceforChina'scross-bordere-commerce.However,thedevelopmentofcross-bordere-commerceinChinaisgreatlyrestrictedduetotherelativelycomplexfinancialdeliveryenvironment,thecompetitiveinternationaltradepatternandmanyotherthreats.Againstthebackgroundofbothopportunitiesandthreats,thedemandforcross-bordere-commerceprofessionalsbecomesmoreurgent.Thispaperwilltake"neighbourhood"policyasthebackground,fromcross-bordere-commerceindustrydevelopmentpresentsituation,theanalysisofcross-borderelectroniccommercetalentedperson'sdemandsituationandtrainingmode,andfindouttheproblemsexistinginthecollegesanduniversitiesinthetalenttrainingmechanism,fromsetoutactually,finallyproposedcross-borderelectricitybusinessmentocultivateinnovationmode,thuspromotethehealthydevelopmentofChina'scross-borderelectricityindustry.[Keywords]cross-bordere-commerce:talentdemand:collegetalenttraining:"OneBeltAndOneRoad"目录..................................................................................................................................................1.......................................................................................................................................1...................................................................................................................1........................................................................2...........................................................................................3...........................................................................3...............................................................................4........................................................................5.......................................................5.......................................................6............................7...................
