基于web二级学院人力资源管理系统设计与实现摘要随着我国经济的迅速发展，我国的各种人力资源管理越来越复杂，以至于单纯靠人力机构来管理，远远满足不了各个领域的人力资源管理需求。人力资源发展到现在，已经不仅仅是靠人数来决定了，它包括劳动者的技术水平、健康水平、知识覆盖面等诸多方面；在社会中合理利用和管理一个企业的人力资源将决定企业的良好发展，甚至它的生死存亡。正因如此，人力资源的发展在这个时代越来越受重视。本课题研究的是为二级学院设计人力资源管理系统，也即为高校设计人力资源管理系统，利用计算机来进行人力资源管理现如今也渐渐成为主要方式，将人力资源管理思想应用于二级学院的人力资源管理中，开发二级学院人力资源管理系统，为学院提供一个信息化、数字化、规范化的管理方式，提升学院的人力资源管理水平，提高学院管理决策变得更加有效性、可靠性、共享性，更好的为学院长期发展。本文分析了国内外高校人力资源管理的现状；对所开发的系统进行需求分析，详细分析了系统的流程和系统功能模块，对每个功能模块进行的用例分析。本系统基于<<国家教育部管理信息化标准>>为基础，结合学校实际情况，编写数据库中的数据字典，在制定数据字典的建立基础上，建立和完善人力资源管理相关代码标准。本文在开发过程中采用面向对象的开发模式，主要是利用此模式的继承和封装特性，使得开发易于管理和维护，提高软件开发的效率和质量，系统利用j2ee平台，采用B/S和C/S的架构进行开发，同时结合一些Ajax相关技术，开发一个对用户来说界面友好、实用性强和可扩展性高的二级学院人力资源管理平台，以满足管理员每日工作需求和学院领导的重要决策参与。本系统经过测试，基本达成了系统的要求，系统将以前学院人事管理和人力资源管理相结合，为学院开发了一款更加适用于学校的管理，使得学校的管理更加规范化、标准化。本系统对大部分高校的人力资源管理都支持，达到了用户所要求的大部分功能。关键词：人力资源管理，面向对象开发，B/S结构，C/S结构AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofeconomyinChina,thehumanresourcesmanagementhasbecomemoreandmorecomplexedsothatthemanagementmerelydependsonhumaninstitutesisfarfrommeetingtheneedsofthehumanresourcesmanagement.Throughthedevelopmentofthehumanresources,itcannotbejudgedbarelyfromthenumberofpeople,butalsotheworkers’technologylevel,healthcondition,knowledgecoverageandmanyotherperspectives;Toutilizeandmanageanenterprise’shumanresourceproperlywilldecideitsdevelopment,evenitssurvivalorextinction.Therefore,theprogressofhumanresourcesdrawsmoreandincreasingattentioninthisage.Thissubjectintendstofigureoutahumanresourcesmanagementsystemforthesecondarycolleges,namelythecampus.Makinguseofcomputershasgraduallyturnedintothemainapproachestomanagethehumanresources.Thehumanresourcesmanagementsystemappliestheideaofhumanresourcesmanagementtothesecondarycollegesanddevelopsanewonetoprovidethecollegewithainformationized,digitalizedandstandardizedmanagementmode,topromotetheefficiency,reliability,sharing,hence,toservethelong-termdevelopmentofthecollege.ThispaperanalyzesthepresentsituationofuniversityhumanresourcesmanagementinandoutofChina;italsoanlyzestherequirementofthesystembeingdeveloped,thesystemprocessandthesystemfunctionmodule,whichisindetail,andtheusecasesofeachfunctionmodule.Thesystemfoundsitsbaseon“theManagementInformationStandardsofNationalMinistryofEducation“.Combiningtheactualsituationoftheuniversity,itredactsthedatadictionaryinthedatabase.Andupontheestalishmentofthedatabase,settingupandperfecttherelevantcodestandardsofthehumansourcesmanagement.Thepaperadoptstheobeject-orienteddevelopmentmode,takingadvantagesofitsfeaturesofinheritanceandencapsulation,tomakeiteasytomanage...
