学号：11409319常州大学毕业设计（论文）（2015届）题目沙湾配气站工艺设计学生刘环学院石油工程学院专业班级油气储运113校内指导教师周昊专业技术职务讲师校外指导老师刘兆跃专业技术职务高工二〇一五年六月沙湾配气站工艺设计摘要：天然气作为一种优质能源，在全球范围内得到普遍发展，它清洁、经济、方便、用途广泛。天然气长输管线、城市配气系统应运而生。而城市配气系统又是从配气站开始的，天然气在配气站内经过除尘、调压、计量、添味后，然后通过各级配气管网和气体调压装置保质保量地根据用户要求直接地向用户供气。本文通过确定配气站的流程，根据已知条件进行设备计算及选型等完成配气站的工艺设计。本设计的流程为中低压天然气从分别经调压分离后进入1号汇管，再经过调压后进入2号汇管，从2号汇管出来的气体要流经四条管线，其中两条是供给用户的，在这两条管道上均安装有流量计，剩下的四条经调压后进入3号汇管，从3号汇管出来的气体会流经四条管道提供给四个用户，在这四条管道上均安装有流量计。在设备选型方面，分别对管线，汇管，阀门（闸阀、调压阀、安全阀等），分离器，流量计等进行计算并选型，对添味装置以及仪表如压力表，温度计进行比较选型。结论：通过本次设计，我大体了解了配气站的工艺流程及各种设备的型号规格。关键词：天然气；配气站；工艺流程；工艺设备TheProcessDesignoftheGasDistributionStationinShawan，LeshanAbstract：Asakindofhigh-qualityenergy,Naturalgasgetaworldwidedevelopmentforitsclean,economicandwideuse.Inrecentyears,withthestepofurbanization(都市化)intensifies(加剧),andrapidly(迅速)improvinglivingstandards(标准),thedemand(需求)forhigh-qualityprimary(主要的)energyincreases(增长).Thebottledgashasbeenreplacedinmanycitiesbypipelinegasforcityuse.Pipelinegashasbecomeamajorenergyforurban(城市的)andindustrial(工业的)use.Asaresult,longdistancegaspipelines,citygasdistributionsystemcameintobeing.Thecitygasdistributionsystemstartsfromthegasdistributionstation.Withthestepofremoval,pressureregulatingandmetering,andaddingflavor,thenaturegaswillbetransportedtoeveryuserinthecity.ThefocusofthispaperistodescribetheprocessdesignofthenaturalgasdistributionstationinHechi,Guangxiprovince.Firstofall,identify(确定)thetechnologicalprocessofthethenaturalgasdistributionstation,whichprovideabasisforestablishing(建立)theplanelayoutofthethenaturalgasdistributionstation.Afterthat,itstimetocalculatethedesignparameters(参数)andselectappropriate(适当的)equipmentsuchasflowmeters(流量计),filter(过滤)separators(分离器),pipes,valves(阀门)andsoon.Finally,drawaprocessflowdiagram(工序流程图),twoinstallationsdiagrams(装置图)andagenerallayoutplan(总平面设计图)andworkoutthedesignmanual(设计手册)andcalculation(估算).Throughtheengineeringdesign(工程设计),deeperunderstandingaboutthedesignofthegathering,transportinganddistributionengineeringisgot.Conclusion:Throughthisdesign,IgenerallyunderstandthetypesofprocessandequipmentofdistributionstationKeywords：NaturalGas;GasDistributionStation;ProcessDesign;Equipment目录目录.................................................................................................................................III1绪论..................................................................................................................................11.1课题研究的意义...................................................................................................11.2国内外研究现状及发展趋势...............................................................................11.2.1现状：..................................................................
