摘要当前社会中英语的重要性日益凸显，作为最主要的中学英语教学阶段，英语学习尤为重要；《国务院关于基础教育改革与发展的决定》(2001)要求“积极开展教育教学改革和教育科学研究。继续重视基础知识、基本技能的教学并关注情感态度的培养……”《英语新课程标准》2003不仅将“关注学生情感态度的发展”确立为课程目标之一,还指出情感态度是影响学生学习和发展的重要因素,体现了“以人为本,以学生的发展为根本”的基本理念.关注情感可以提高语言教学效果，语言教学也能帮助学生培养积极、健康的情感。由于我国新课改的要求和中学生英语学习的现状，本文主要探讨情感因素与中学生英语学习的关系。首先从人本主义教学论、情感过滤假说等方面来寻找研究理论的支撑，同时回顾国内外情感教学思想的历史,特别是语言学科情感教学的研究概况。然后依据情感的概念、特征和功能,剖析了影响英语教学的三大情感因素，分别是动机，焦虑，性格，并重点分析情感因素与中学生英语学习的关系。本文研究的主要目的是通过调查目前中学生英语学习的情感因素，找到情感方面存在的问题，进而促进学生的外语学习，同时增强英语教师教学中的情感意识，提高教师自身素质。为促进中学英语教学提出了情感教育的相关建议。相信该研究能有助于增强英语教师的情感意识和自身素质，促进学生健康、全面的发展。关键词：情感因素;中学生;英语学习AbstractTheimportanceofEnglishhasbecomeincreasinglyprominentinthecurrentsociety,Englishlearningisparticularlyimportantasthemainlysecondaryschoolteachingstage,"DecisionoftheStateCouncilonReformandDevelopmentofBasicEducation"(2001)calledfor"Tocarryouteducationandteachingreformandeducationalscienceresearchactively,andcontinuetoattachimportancetobasicknowledge,basicskillsteachingandfocusonthecultivationofemotionalattitude...”“TheEnglishNewCurriculumStandards"notonlyestablishedthe"concerningaboutthedevelopmentofemotionalattitudeofstudents"asoneofthecourseobjects,butalsopointedthatemotionalattitudeswereimportantfactorsthataffectedstudents'learninganddevelopment,reflectedanbasicideawas“people-oriented,putthedevelopmentofstudentsasafundamental”.Payingattentiontoemotioncanimprovetheeffectoflanguageteaching,languageteachingcanalsohelpstudentsdeveloppositiveandhealthyemotions.AsthecurrentsituationofChina'snewcurriculumstandardsrequirementsandhighschoolstudentslearningEnglish,thisthesismainlydiscussestherelationshipbetweenemotionalfactorsandhighschoolstudentslearningEnglish.Effectiveteachingisbasedonrichtheorieswhichcanbefoundinthehumanisticeducationandtheaffectivefilterhypothesis.Atthesametime,bymeansofrecollectingthehistoryoftheconceptabouteffectiveeducationonlanguageteachingfrombothhomeandabroad.Then,basedontheconcepts,characteristicsandfunctionofaffect,effectiveelementsinEnglishteaching,whichmainlyincludesindividualfactorsandrelationalfactors,areanalyzed,theyaremotivation,anxiety,andcharacter.AndanalyzestherelationshipbetweenemotionalfactorsandEnglishlearningofmiddleschoolstudents.Themainpurposeofthisthesisistofindouttheproblemsofemotionalaspectsbyinvestigatingthecurrentemotionalfactorsofmiddleschoolstudents'Englishlearning,soastopromotestudents'foreignlanguagelearningandenhancethesenseofemotioninEnglishteachers'teachingandimprovetheirownquality.PuttingforwardtherelevantsuggestionsforemotionaleducationtopromotesecondaryschoolEnglishteaching.TheauthorbelievethatthestudycanhelptoenhancetheEnglishteachers'emotionalconsciousnessandtheirownquality,andpromotestudentshaveahealthyandcomprehensivedeveloping.KeyWords:effectivefactors;middleschoolstudents;EnglishlearningContents1....
