摘要科技的迅速发展给人们带来便捷的同时,人们的生活节奏也越来越快。为迎合人们的精神需求,“快”文化应运而生。在这样的背景之下,人们往往更愿意接受娱乐、轻快的文化形式,对问题的思考也仅仅停留在表面,不做深入探索。同样,互联网的高速发展也带动了新媒体的壮大,自媒体应时代需求而出现,其快速传播的形式立刻在市场上占据了主导地位。人们置身于海量的信息之中,虽然过度的信息让他们应接不暇,但实时的互动性也提升了其的话语权与参与感。面对某一新闻事件,人们不再单一、被动地接收来自传统媒体的消息,而更多化身为新闻事实的分析者与推动者,随时反馈发言,带动舆论走向,导致主流媒体失去主动权。网络环境的“匿名性”成为受众的保护伞,面对碎片化的信息,很多人缺乏理性思考与事实求证便盲目跟风宣泄,情绪先行成为“大数据时代”下的标志性特征,人们偏离新闻事件本身而着重关注由事实衍生出的边缘话题,从而造成“舆论失焦”现象。在这样的环境下,事实本身已经变得不再重要,这完全背离了新闻传播的初衷。本文重点以“快”时代为背景探讨舆论失焦现象产生的原因及其带来的影响,并针对这种现象提出相应的建议,促使舆论环境良性发展。关键词:“快”时代、舆论失焦、碎片化AbstractWhiletherapiddevelopmentofscienceandtechnologybringsconveniencetopeople,thepaceofpeople'slifeisgettingfasterandfaster.Inordertomeetpeople'sspiritualneeds,"fast"culturecameintobeing.Insuchacontext,peopletendtobemorewillingtoaccepttheentertainingandlivelyculturalforms,andtheirthinkingontheproblemjuststaysonthesurface,withoutfurtherexploration.Similarly,therapiddevelopmentoftheInternetalsoledtothegrowthofnewmedia.WemediaemergedinresponsetotheneedsofTheTimes,anditsrapiddisseminationimmediatelyoccupiedadominantpositioninthemarket.Peopleareexposedtotheseaofinformation.Althoughtheyareoverwhelmedbytheexcessiveinformation,thereal-timeinteractionalsoenhancestheirdiscourserightandsenseofparticipation.Inthefaceofanewsevent,peoplenolongerpassivelyreceivenewsfromtraditionalmedia,butbecomemoreanalystsandpromotersofnewsfacts,givingfeedbackatanytime,drivingthedirectionofpublicopinion,leadingtothemainstreammedialosingtheinitiative.Networkenvironment"anonymous"astheaudience'sumbrella,inthefaceoffragmentationofinformation,alotofpeoplelackofrationalthinkingandthefactsprovethatblindlyfollowanger,moodfirstbecomeiconicfeaturesunderthe"bigdataera",peopledeviatefromthenewseventitselfandfocusontheedgeofthederivedfromfacts,resultinginthephenomenonofpublicopinionisoutoffocus.Insuchanenvironment,thefactitselfhasbecomeunimportant,whichcompletelydepartsfromtheoriginalpurposeofnewsdissemination.Thispaperfocusesonthe"fast"eraasthebackgroundtodiscussthecausesofthephenomenonofpublicopinionoutoffocusanditsimpact,andinviewofthisphenomenonputforwardcorrespondingSuggestionstopromotethebenigndevelopmentofthepublicopinionenvironment.Keywords:"Fast"era;publicopinionoutoffocus;fragmentation目录1导论....................................................................31.1选题价值..............................................................31.2文献综述..............................................................31.3论文主要内容..........................................................41.4论文研究方法..........................................................42“快”时代之下舆论失焦现象.................................................52.1“快”时代的现象.........................................................52.2舆论失焦的定义...........................................................52.3“快”时代之下舆论...
