III高等体育院校与艺术院校舞蹈表演专业人才培养异同分析Theanalysisoftalentcultivationofdanceperformanceprofessionalsincollegesanduniversities摘要随着时代的进步和社会的需求，在社会主义文化大发展、大繁荣的影响下，文化之间的融合越来越丰富。由于社会需求的促使，产生了一门新兴的艺术——体育艺术，这门艺术形式的出现受到了各个阶层的欢迎，也逐渐形成了一个新兴的体育文化领域。舞蹈表演专业在体育院校的开设取得较高的欢迎度，舞蹈表演专业得到空前繁荣与发展，从艺术专业院校向综合类大学、师范大学和体育院校的发展趋势来看，舞蹈表演专业已步入成熟的发展时期。我国的舞蹈表演专业按其行政归属和专业建设可分为专业舞蹈艺术类院校、综合类院校中的舞蹈学院（系）、体育院校中的艺术系（舞蹈表演专业）。当然，一个学科专业，怎样定位舞蹈表演专业人才的培养目标和构建好课程设置，来真正满足社会的发展需要，是一个值得进一步研究与探索的问题。本文运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和比较法等研究方法，对我国体育院校和艺术院校舞蹈表演专业人才的培养目标、培养规格、课程设置、就业前景进行研究分析，得出了以下结果：（1）从培育人才结构上看，体育院校以培养复合型人才为主，艺术院校以培养高级表演人才为主。（2）从培养规格上来看，体育院校以培养专业性、实践性、实用性的人才为主，培养规格较为全面；艺术类院校注重技能的培养。（3）从课程设置上看，体育院校公共课开设比例较高，人文课程开设较少，应当加强艺术修养类课程的设置；艺术类院校课程开设不均衡，课程过多的集中在专业训练，课程理论知识有所空缺。（4）从就业前景上看，体育院校的毕业生多数在中小学、艺术培训班从事教师职业；艺术类院校的毕业生除了从事教师职业外，很多在文化宫、艺术馆从事艺术指导工作，艺术类院校的毕业生在就业广度上高于体育院校毕业生。IV关键词：高等体育院校与艺术院校舞蹈专业人才培养IVAbstractWiththeprogressofTheTimesandtheneedsofsociety,theintegrationofcultureisbecomingmoreandmoreabundantundertheinfluenceofthegreatdevelopmentofsocialistcultureandgreatprosperity.Asaresultofthesedemands,anewart,sportsart,waswelcomedbyallclassesandgraduallybecameanemergingfieldofsportsculture.Professionaldanceperformanceinsportscollegesanduniversitiestoopentoachievehigherpopularity,danceperformancesforprofessionalunprecedentedprosperityanddevelopment,fromtheprofessionalartcollegesanduniversitiestocomprehensiveuniversities,normaluniversityandthedevelopingtrendofsportscollegesanduniversities,professionaldanceperformancehasenteredmatureperiodofdevelopment.Ourprofessionaldanceperformanceaccordingtoitsadministrativeownershipandprofessionalconstructioncanbedividedintoprofessionaldancedanceacademyofartcollege,comprehensiveuniversities(department),sportscollegesanduniversitiesinthearts(danceperformance).Ofcourse,aprofessionaldisciplines,howtolocatedanceprofessionalstrainingobjectivesandbuildgoodcurriculum,tomeettherequirementsofthedevelopmentofthesociety,therealisaproblemworthyoffurtherresearchandexploration.ThispaperUSEStheliteraturematerialmethod,Delphimethod,questionnaireinvestigation,expertinterviewmethodandcomparativemethodandotherresearchmethods,toourcountrysportscollegesanduniversitiesandartacademyofdanceprofessionalstrainingobjectives,trainingspecifications,curriculumemploymentprospectsforresearchanalysis,obtainedthefollowingresults:（1）Fromtheperspectiveofcultivatingtalentstructure,sportscollegesanduniversitiesshouldcultivatecompoundtalents,andtheartcollegesanduniversitiesshouldcultivateseniorperformancetalents.（2）Fromtheperspectiveoftrainingstandards,sportscollegesanduniversitiesshouldcultivate...
