摘要如何帮助农村贫困地区脱离贫困，一直困扰着我国经济的发展。近年来，农村电子商务逐渐兴起，推进了解决我国贫苦地区问题的进程。农村电子商务平台覆盖了农产品的生产、加工、销售等环节，利用电子商务为农村提供数据信息，网络交易，物流配送等服务。近两年，国家层面加大对农村电子商务发展的力度，并更加重视发展农村电子商务对于农村经济发展的战略意义。农村电子商务网络正逐渐形成规模，以淘宝村为代表的中国农村电子商务正在崛起，并推动农村经济发展。农村电子商务为农业生产与市场经济的联通做出了不可磨灭的贡献，也成为了提高农民生活质量的重要力量。随着科技的发展，我国已经进入了“互联网+”时代，在此大的科技背景下，农村电子商务平台发展则成为了重中之重。本文对目前农村电子商务平台建设进行了陈述，主要包括了农村电子商务平台的组成部分，建设方式，服务体系以及对农村电子商务物流进行了陈述。而后又提出目前农村电子商务平台存在的普遍性问题，并针对各个问题提出自己的改进意见。最后列举出我国国内农村电子商务平台发展具有代表的性的例子，从而表现出农村电子商务带给农村经济发展的重要表现。关键词：农村电子商务；电子商务平台；电子商务物流；平台建设；问题分析-I-Constructionofrurale-commerceplatformunderthebackgroundofInternetAbstractHowtohelpruralpoorareasoutofpoverty,hasbeenplaguedbythedevelopmentofChina'seconomy.Inrecentyears,theriseofrurale-commercehasgraduallypromotedtheprocessofsolvingtheproblemofpoorareasinChina.Rurale-commerceplatformcoverstheagriculturalproduction,processing,marketingandothersectors,theuseofe-commerceforruralareastoprovidedatainformation,networktransactions,logisticsanddistributionservices.Inthepasttwoyears,thenationallevelhasintensifiedthedevelopmentofrurale-commerce,andpaidmoreattentiontothestrategicsignificanceofdevelopingrurale-commerceforruraleconomicdevelopment.Rurale-commercenetworkisgraduallyformingascaletoTaobaovillageastherepresentativeofChina'srurale-commerceisrising,andpromoteruraleconomicdevelopment.Rurale-commerceforagriculturalproductionandmarketeconomyUnicommadeanindeliblecontribution,hasalsobecomeanimportantforcetoimprovethequalityoflifeoffarmers.Withthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,Chinahasenteredthe"Internet+"era,inthislargetechnologybackground,thedevelopmentofrurale-commerceplatformhasbecomeatoppriority.Thispaperdescribesthecurrentconstructionofrurale-commerceplatform,includingtherurale-commerceplatformcomponents,constructionmethods,servicesystemandtherurale-commercelogisticswerestated.Andthenputforwardthecurrentrurale--II-commerceplatformfortheexistenceofthegeneralproblem,andforeachissuetomaketheirownimprovements.Finally,itliststherepresentativeexamplesofthedevelopmentofrurale-commerceplatforminChina,whichshowstheimportantperformanceofrurale-commercetobringruraleconomicdevelopment.KeyWords：Rurale-commerce；E-commerceplatform；E-commercelogistics；Platformconstruction；problemanalysis-III-目录摘要.............................................................................................IAbstract.................................................................................................II1引言...................................................................................................11.1研究背景..................................................................................11.2国内外发展现状......................................................................21.2.1国外农村电子商务发展现状.........................................21.2.2国内农村电子商务发展现状...
