摘要全球经济随着各国联系的加强而不断深化，国际贸易已经不再作为现代贸易的主要手段，取而代之的是对外直接投资，同时，我国的经济实力不断增强，我国在全球的影响也越来越大，对各项国际活动的参与度也越来越高；在政策的帮助之下，我国对外投资的数量和规模越来越多，越来越大；从联合国所发布的额数据来看，我国在二〇一二年的对外投资两就占到了第三位，而且数量还在不断增加，可以说在全球范围内都有我国的企业投资。随着经济的发展深化，我国的对外直接投资的增长形势还处于不断变化之中。本篇论文从各种与相关的信息、文件、文献等入手，研究对外投资相关理论与概念，分析我国对外直接投资的特点和投资环境，说明我国对外直接投资的目的。其中目的有三个，分别是：市场、资源和技术这三种寻求行型外直接投资方式。本文采用了数据分析和数据模型的研究方法，计量软件是Eviews6.0，数据选取的是一零年和一五年之间的五年，我国与他国的数据，按照国家类型分为三类，对其进行研究分析，其主要研究区位因素对对外投资的选择的影响。区位因素是本文的主要研究方向，同时还对对外投资的发展情况、环境和相关的问题进行了深入研究，明确对外投资的选择方向，明白区位选择对外投资的影响程度；在进行充分的考虑和实地勘察之后，选择对外投资的实际选址，充分考虑选址周围的环境和资源，只有这样才能发挥当地的作用，一种是资源一种是市场，这两种对公司的发展起到一种推动作用。关键词：对外直接投资；区位选择；影响因素分析abstractWiththecontinuousdevelopmentofglobaleconomicintegration,foreigndirectinvestmenthasgraduallyreplacedtheinternationaltradeandbecomethemainmodeofoperationoftheworldeconomy.Sincetheimplementationofthe"goingout"strategyin2001,therapiddevelopmentofChina'sforeigndirectinvestment.TheUnitedNationsConferenceonTradeanddevelopment,inthe2012worldinvestmentreport,pointedoutthatChina'snetinvestmentintheyearrankedthirdintheworld,becomingoneoftheworld'smajorinvestmentcountries.China'sforeigndirectinvestmentdevelopmentmomentumisstrong,begantoenteranewstageofgrowth.Thispaperfirstlyreviewstherelevanttheoryandliteratureandthelocationchoiceofforeigndirectinvestment,combinedwithChineseenterprises'foreigndirectinvestmentlocationdistributionstatusandcharacteristics,summedupthethreekindsofmotivationofoverseasinvestmentofChineseEnterprises:foreigndirectinvestmentmarketseekingFDIandresourceseekingforeigndirectinvestmentandtechnologyseekingthe.Bybuildingeconometricmodel,usingtheEviews6measurementsoftware,selectthe2010-2015inChinain27countries(regions)ofthepaneldata,andallsamplesaredividedintodevelopedanddevelopingcountriesoftheregressionanalysis,thoroughlydiscussesthelocationfactorsofChineseenterprisesforeigndirectinvestment.Thispapersummarizesthelocationchoicetheoryandrelatedtheoryofforeigndirectinvestment,multiangleanalysisoftheprocess,theforeigndirectinvestmentofourenterprisesthestatusquoandexistingproblems,necessityhighlightstheenterprisetomakethechoiceofforeigndirectinvestmentinthecorrectlocation.Locationselectionisrelatedtothesuccessorfailureofforeigndirectinvestmentofenterprises,onlythebasicstrategyofopeninguptotheoutsideworld,doagoodjoboflocationchoice,inordertobetterusethetwomarketsandtworesources.Keywords:foreigndirectinvestment；locationchoice；influencingfactorsanalysis1.绪论1.1本课题研究的背景及意义1.1.1研究的背景从1990年开始，就已经有越来越多的企业和公司选择通过对外直接投资的方式走出国门，不断地扩大自己的市场规模，而且中国正处于经济转型时期，任何的经济活动都会对中国的经济发展产生不同程度的影响，在这段时期内，我国的企业的对外投资的规模、数量和能力都不断增强，同时，他国...
